I visited recently to determine the value and potentially sell some currency that I had. Having never done this before, I didn't know what to expect nor did I know if I was getting a good deal or not. One visit was all that I needed to know that went to the right place. The transaction was 100% fair based on the current market value. I sold my items knowing that I had received the most money I could have based on the current market. It was fun and quite a learning experience. You will leave with the same feeling. You will leave knowing that you got the best possible deal.

My husband and I are from Alabama and we stopped in to just browse. The owner and his son were so welcoming. He is very knowledgeable about his Merchandise. He has amazing prices. I bought a beautiful ring at a jaw dropping price. You walk in as a customer but leave having a new friend. I will definitely go back before we leave Norfolk.

We shopped for rings all around the area. Phelps had the best prices of all. Furthermore, were even able to exchange some of our old gold jewelry we no longer wanted for part of the price of the rings we purchased which was a big help.
