The service at Norfolk Hometown Appliance Furniture and Matress is exceptional. The folks are friendly and the merchandise is of the highest quality. You'll enjoy shopping here. They also have a portion of the store dedicated to a boutique where they offer all sorts of interesting things. I really enjoyed my visit.

Wonderful service. We live out of town and walked into the store 5 minutes before closing, hoping to find what we were looking for. The lady who helped us was so friendly and helpful. We found what we were looking for and are very happy with our purchase. We'll be back!

A couple weeks ago we entered the store a few minutes before closing searching frantically for a new washer. Though we were fairly quick to pick and get out, we really appreciate the kindness and patience from the gentleman who helped. We even went back to get the matching dryer!

Bought side by side fridge 9 months ago from old management. Had issues with missing parts when we went back to pickup. Argued for several months after to no avail. New management solved all problems in 2 days. Great job!!!!!!!

We bought three LG appliances at a group price. We did not receive an itemized receipt and now need one for compensation from LG due to the compressor going out on the refrigerator. We are sitting at 6 weeks out from when it happened with no repair/no resolution from LG. Every time I call this store to talk to the person working on it he is out. I ask to leave a message for a call back and it doesn't happen. This is awful customer service. Buy as local as you can and no matter how it is purchased ask for an itemized receipt right away.

Not quite sure what's going on with the store right now I was told a little bit but hopefully someone comes in there takes it over and reach structures it. It's kind have been shoddy lately.

staff push online orders not helping in store. seem to have little to no knowledge on appliances. seriously if I have to order it online I won't waste my time coming to the store.

I go here often when I need new appliances because they’re the best place in town to go! Prices are reasonable and the staff is very knowledgeable about the product and respectful. I would definitely recommend!
