Buyer beware!!! Terrible customer service!! Bait-and-switch their product. They will charge you one price and tell you they're giving you a discount when all along it's just over price . If you don't take out they're very expensive protection plan and something goes wrong with your phone they just leave you empty handed. Do not recommend this service at all. Skip it and go somewhere else took my business somewhere else!! Very rude customer service that you have to stand in line for. Treated very very rudely do not go here!!

Just bad. Switching to Verizon when plan is done. It’ll be worth the extra money. I get less service than a track phone.

Terrible customer service. The representative that helped me did not offer me the promotion that was going on during the time and when I asked about it would not give any information on it. They scolded me when I chose not to purchase a phone case from them saying that I'd be back with a broken phone. Again, when I asked about the promotion he told me there was no promotion that pertained to me. He was very rude in every aspect. US Cellular better think about opening up there agent locations again or they may lose a lot of business.

Most of the time, the service is decent but today when we went. They woman who helped us ignored us and took a phone call in the middle, helped that customer first. It was annoying and rude.

I came in to the store to pay my phone bill and with the intent of quitting them. I sat down and discussed whatever my phone was doing. The person helped me and now i am a very happy customer, who will be continuing her service.TY

they tried to scam us into buying phone cases and i’ve been sitting in here for over an hour on something that takes 20 minutes or less. the guy that’s supposed to be helping us is having small talk with the people he knows in front of us. not even talking about a phone or anything.
