Customer service is non existent. Avoid this store.

I was very disappointed in Verizon as I waited 30 to 45 minutes. I along with a few other people were checked in. Another man walked in and he got helped right away taking about 15 minutes away from helping somebody that had been checked in. Needless to say I had to get back to work and never did get to talk to an associate.

I’ve wasted 3 hours at this place and they keep changing prices and then say they don’t have the phones in stock… terrible service!
