“We took our very elderly cat there for her last appointment. Pebbles was 21 years old and her time here was ending. Although she was not a patient here they treated us as if she was. The staff was kind and caring and made this most difficult time go as smoothly as possible. Today a sympathy card from them arrived in the mail. Thanks again for the wonderful service, I would highly recommend Norfolk Veterinary Clinic, they truly care!”

“I just wanted to share, that Westside is amazing. (We were at the Pierce location this day, but I can imagine they’re both equally great.) They weren’t my dogs primary vet clinic (I wish they had been after my experience with them), but we had to take my baby Milo there due to his vet not being able to get him in and unfortunately we had to say goodbye to him that day. Even though they had never dealt with him before, they were extremely comforting and warm to him and us during his exam to find out the problem and especially during our goodbyes. It was a horrible day, but their professionalism, gentleness, and compassion made it a little easier despite it all. They gave us plenty of time to love on him and say goodbye to him, we never felt rushed or like an inconvenience even though it was well past their closing time by the time we left. Thank you Westside for your amazing staff. If I ever get another furbaby, you will be where we go. Cant recommend you guys enough. ❤️”
