Walgreens coupons are a total joke.They require you to purchase something, then you get the coupon only good for 7 days and then you have to purchase something more so the coupon gets put on your rewards program not on the purchase. Plus I signed. Up for a credit card and fhe $25 reward is only available for 45 days but not available for use within a week. It's probably available on day 44. Their prices are so high and their stock so minimal it's a total waste of time.

This was once a great place with great customer service, but no more! I've noticed in the past 6 months how this store has consistently failed to deliver the product as in years past. Today was the last straw. Drove up to the drive-thru to pick up prescriptions. I was the only one in line. At the window I saw workers moving about but no one addressed me, in other words a simple "we're busy but will be with you shorty", etc... I pressed the call button several different times over the course of 20 minutes. Finally a lady come to the window, pick up the phone and leaves. I press the call button again. A man comes to the window, holds his hand up to his ear as if he's talking on the phone, shrugs his shoulders and walks off. I'm throughly confused. I press the call button again, the same man returns, mimics talking on his hand phone. So I motion that I don't know what he wants me to do. He finally gets a ballpoint pen and writes a note, holds it to the window as if I could actually see this fine print. Again i motion that I don't understand. He opens the draw and sends the message out to me, saying the phones are down. Well I'm no genius but if I'm working in a customer service area of a business like Walgreens and the phones suddenly stop working, I'd write a note on a piece of paper, in bold enough print that could easily be seen by customers in the drive-thru, or I'd have that small note ready to pass through the drawer. Altogether I was 25 minutes picking up prescriptions and I was the only one in line. Unbelievable! Unacceptable! Needless to say, I'll be I'll be switching pharmacies...

This establishment is alright, the selection of items should be enough for whatever you need. I do not use this pharmacy but I hear it is not the best.

I had awful experiences with them about 5 years ago. I recently moved again and thought I’d try them out again. They didn’t have the prescription so I had to call other pharmacies to see if they had the prescription. They were shocked that I was calling rather than Walgreens themselves. Then once I found a pharmacy, it took them 20 minutes to get the fax sent over. 5 years and no improvement. Doesn’t help that when you call you have to go through a ridiculous chain.

They could definitely use more employees, I have had to wait several times for the cashier to come up and check me out because she was stocking shelfs and printing photos all at once because they were the only employee there, this was happening way before the pandemic hit and we got short on employees, I feel like your employees are a reflection of how they are treated! So if they are run rugged they will be short with customers, which is what you get when you shop there anymore. The store itself is clean and well kept. 0

Wavered between 3 & 4 stars. I've had some pretty frustrating experiences here with employees as well as management. Not impressed with their customer service. Items not on sale can be higher than other retailers. Store is always clean, not busy. Employees are a mixed bunch- some very friendly and helpful, others are very NOT helpful. Hate they did away with paper sale bills. Its inconvenient to have to scroll through just to check out a sale. Walgreens in other towns I've lived in were always a positive experience for me. Not here tho.
