Their retail section offers a full selection of premium steaks cut to order, like Ribeyes and Fillets, plus pork chops, chicken, and hamburger. They have over 35 original recipe smokehouse products made on site, including award-winning bacon, jerky, bratwurst, summer sausage, and other smoked meats that are described as awesome and to die for. This is a great place! Their bacon is really great and the have dog bones that they smoke in house! $5.00 for the large ones and my big dogs go crazy over them!

They did a great job processing beef. They had really good premade snack sticks and summer sausages. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
