“I was in from out-of-town to pick up the half of beef that we ordered on a Saturday morning and was in a hurry. I shot a text over the day before to let Stu and Grace know by that I would be there when they opened at 8. As soon as I walked in the door, my ticket was ready and we had it loaded in 10 minutes. Great service, friendly and the itemized list of cuts is very helpful too.”
