Should probably give two stars but I am feeling generous today. Looked at a yard wagon. No price. Asked cashier about it. She says I don’t know. Never called anyone. Ended up leaving and purchasing elsewhere. Many items are not on shelves. Whole store is piled up and disorganised. No one seems to know anything here about much of anything. What is going on with this store? Don’t know and more don’t know or don’t have it or no prices on stuff. I would like to say this is once in a great while I see this here. Sad to keep finding the same old same old experiences. I do seldom get what I am looking for but when I do I am content to give this store another shot. Disappointed I guess is my overall experience here since 2013. Seems to be way worse now and have caught employees swearing at the front counter today. Some big guy. Did not stick around and shop after that.Gotta go. Off to Bomgaars.

Today was the last time. I've dealt with remarks in the past and ended up leaving because I was shopping too close to closing time. A retail store that doesn't want money, and today they got a small chunk less. Have they not been the only local place to pick up anything Craftsman I think this would have come years before.Today's experience as follows. After seeing a belt sander online $10 off, and stopping to get the belts and some other sandpaper from a competitor down the street, made my way into the store to see the $10 off was apparently only online or was just another markdown that they did not post. Pull out my phone and of course if I buy it online I could not pick it up until tomorrow, which I would have done. Saw a corded orbital sander I decided I would take home, but notice that the box had been retaped with some packaging tape just on the ends where it folded together. I assume because a lot of times they only get one of a tool and it ends up on display. I wanted to check to make sure everything was in the box but due to how nice of people work there, I waited until I got to the register and clearly stated that that's what I was doing, when the older Man at the counter smartly remarked asking if I would like to try it out first as well. I repeated myself that the box had been opened and I wanted to check to make sure everything was there, to which he replied that I had to remove tape didn't I. I presented the top of the box to him and pointed out where the two small squares on each side had been that I had just broken, repeated that I wanted to make sure everything was there and it was specifically why I brought it up to the register to do so, to avoid a situation like that and they did it anyway. He then stated to me that they have some Mexicans that like to come in there and open things. Apparently his eyesight is just as good as his people skills, with my red hair you can imagine my skin tone. I don't know if he assumes that I would agree that it was right for him to say something like that but either way I suggested somewhere to restock the sander and ordered it from Lowe's after leaving the store. You seriously need to fire that racist old man it's 2023.Im adding the young man who would have rang up my purchase looked embarrassed and was speechless. The younger staff may not have as much product knowledge, but no amount of talent makes racist remarks acceptable, or following someone around counting down to them how long until closing. There is a reason the doors stay unlocked until close, and people who make it in should be treated in a way that shows they appreciate someone who chose to help them have a job when they could buy the same products online for less. Often much much less.

I went in looking for particular parts for my RV, they did not have the part I had new, but were able to fix me up with parts that would do the job at a fraction of what RV parts cost! Thank you so much. Everyone there were courteous and helpful. ??

The staff here is incredibly friendly! The young people here are more knowledgeable than you'd expected and they are willing to go the extra mile to ensure that you get what you need. Great people and a nice e selection of goods and services. Prices are not as good as the big box stores, but I'd rather give my business to these great folks! ?

I really felt the older gentleman who was helping me was way to close for comfort. There was no personal space. The items I found online neither helper had any idea if they had it and couldn't really share what items they did have would work or not. It didn't matter how I'd take a few steps away this helper would move along with me. After I needed no more help.My daughter even seen and felt uncomfortable for me and tried stepping in between us cause she seen the older gentlemen doing this also.The cashier upon check out had an accent. Didn't seem familiar with register at all. I had to ask for a bag for my items. He sighed continuously the whole transaction did not engage in any conversation.I also had to ask for my receipt. Was extremely annoyed.And felt many different ways on whole visit.And the product that was suggested to me for indoor Nats on house plants did not work. But didn't feel comfortable on returning it because of this whole experience.

Always helpful people here. Like to look for the mark downs, however it is ACE and it tends to be expensive in some areas.

They know exactly what you need when you explain your project and know exactly where it is. They assemble their mowers!!! Very knowledgeable about the items they sell.

Came in for material and some glass to be cut. Asked to use restroom while I was waiting and was told no public restrooms. I said I was a paying customer and told absolutely no restroom use.

I always get friendly, helpful advice when I'm there. Today I needed some small machine screws(2mm) for a laptop repair and was pleasantly surprised that they had exactly what I needed in stock. Their extensive stock of nuts, bolts, machine screws, cotter pins are other hardware always impresses me, especially considering what is generally available in North Platte.

We went to Ace today a blower. They were sold out of the one we were interested in so found another that we thought was a good deal. Evidently too good because when the cashier rang it up, it was $100 more than the sign stated on the shelf. The cashier asked my husband to show her what we saw and she honored what it stated. Wow. Just wow. I thought that kind of customer service went out the door a long time ago. You have my business Ace!!
