Honesty is the best policy! My truck was diagnosed at another shop for transmission failure. They recommended BG&S and they figured out that it wasn't failure but need a computer board. They had the part in stock and was replaced the next day! They easily could have told me that I needed to replace my transmission and I wouldn't have been the wiser. In this day and age it's rare to find such Honesty. You have a customer for life!

They replaced my transmission and recommended the right replacement for my application. They picked up my truck which was 60miles away and had repaired within 2 days. The day after I got my truck back I drove 900miles with zero issues, highly recommend great service and knowledgeable

We are moving to the area, and my husband made a trip from TN with a load of furniture and had transmission issues trying to get home. They got him in and out in less than an hour, fixed and back on the road! We are so grateful for everything they did!!

James went above and beyond when we were stranded. Noticed that all the bad reviews are by entitled people with very petty complaints. Sad that people have to try to hurt a business like this that has helped so many people

These guys went above and beyond when we broke down on our way to Arkansas. We were stranded and even though they were booked, they got my dad’s truck in and put in a new transfer case and had us out in less than two hours. I could not recommend a better shop. TEN STARS!!!!

Unbelievable service. Traveling to North Platte for work transmission died on Tuesday. They had a new transmission installed by Wednesday at 11:30. Also reasonable price.Service: Transmission

We were not even halfway through our drive across a couple of states, when my car started freaking out - and the good people at B G & S took the time to help me get back on the road immediately. Driving through Nebraska my car started having some transmission issues. Not being from the area I was the worst case scenario, but James was extremely honest and helpful, when he could have easily taken advantage of the situation I was in. I was able to get a rental to continue my trip and left my car with James until I passed back through on my return trip. Not only did he help me, he did so at no cost. I was truly blown away by the level of service I received as an out-of-towner. If I lived in the area he would have gain a lifelong customer. Thank you so much again James!Service: Transmission
