“It's been the best bank I've ever been at. Everyone is so friendly and treated me like I mattered. They also were helpful in the way they used overdraft protection by not charging the fee until the end of day giving you time to pay before it was charged. They also had an excellent incentive with their Kasasa Cash Back Accounts. Unfortunately, I have had to close my accounts there due to them moving/closing down the North Platte branch and discontinuing that incentive.”

I am in another state so I’ve got to communicate via phone.I have talked with Dylan several times over the last few months. Dylan is extremely rude and very unprofessional. This is an error on their end that is costing me money by the month. If one of my employees talked to a customer like he has to me, I would absolutely send them to the unemployment line.Luckily for Dylan, I’m rating the other employees in North Platte that care about customer service.”
