Great service, staff and facilities. We have and will continue to service our vehicles at Bill Summers. Also, just purchased a Ford Maverick here and had an excellent purchase experience. The salesman, sales manager and finance associate were friendly, knowledgeable, forthright and easy to deal with.

Check engine light was on immediately after leaving the dealership. Legally they could have told me it was my problem, but they fixed it free of charge instead. Not many dealers willing to do that.

I would give this Ford a 10 star review if I could. While traveling from Chicago to Colorado, our Ford truck had a wheel bearing break. Fortunately, we were able to drop off the truck and have it repaired within two days. Nick was extremely kind and helpful, keeping us updated regularly on the status of the truck. The mechanic worked tirelessly to complete the job and now we are in Colorado, enjoying the rest of our trip. Thank you for the awesome service!

The customer service is why we came back to Bill Summers. We have never felt like a price tag there. We feel valued and listed to on our wants and needs. We are so excited to get yet another vehicle from them for our growing family. I know car dealerships aren’t the most kid friendly but they made us feel so welcomed with our 4-month-old. From making sure we got the car seat transferred for test drives to letting me feed my child during the paperwork part and not feeling rushed. Thank you so much, Tim Vencill and everyone at Bill Summers!

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the exceptional service I received from the business of Bill Summers of North Platte, NE.I had a wonderful experience to ensure my satisfaction. They were professional of their work. The certain staff members that I dealt with and were very knowledgeable, plus it was a super of these staff members who went above and beyond their precious time of their duties of their work, to service myself and my vehicle. When you enter the garages prior to any work, you might be greeted with Shana, the service manager and or Brycen, the service advisor. It's always nice to see a friendly smile. They both have excellent customer service and are wonderful in every which way. I could tell that they were so very understanding of my concerns. They got me in with two separate appointments plus additional appointment to install the part on November 29th, approving the service inspection of my vehicle, without charging me extra. I mean seriously, they could have charged me for these appointments, with having these unknown questions to them towards my vehicle, especially since I requested to be in the service garage examining my vehicle, while it was on the lift. They are friendly, listened carefully, had patience towards me. I felt comfortable, and never felt I was being rushed with my concerns of my questions of my vehicle. It shows me there is a lot of wonderful and kind staff members of Bill Summers, and that they do take pride of their job positions plus for the customers and their vehicles. Yes, they do worry for the safety of our vehicles out on the road and the safety of others. I felt like I was in good hands within them. They answered my questions truthfully. The guys that I dealt with was Steve on November 14th and Sam on December 2nd, in the service technicians dept. showing me up close of my vehicle in the garage. They took time out of there busy schedule to explain everything of a certain part of my vehicle, the concerns that I had. The service technicians were prompt, professional, and the final results exceeded my expectations with the honesty and truthful of their words to me. They also went above and beyond their work in helping me out.I am sure I was the talk of their business service dept in a humor way, stating my name of the number of times I called, but I just felt within my heart, something wasn't right and needed to find out my answers to the questions I had. They were great in calming my nerves of what took place previously, and I was so impressed with the level of service that they treated me with respect and dignity. I feel they should all be recognized in their work positions.Don't ever judge a business that actually does a good job until you actually find out, that they do care, and are very much concern They were prompt and professional, to ensure that I was satisfied with all the service that I received, and I am very grateful to all of them.I would definitely use Bill Summers of North Platte in the future and truly recommend it to others.

Helpful staff but didn't stock the parts I needed. However they were a great help in referring me to another nearby Ford dealer that had the exact parts I was looking for.

I had to drop my truck off for warranty work and the owner's daughter took my information and I never heard back from her I had to call back somebody else set up my appointment but I had to drop it off with Bill Summers daughter.She was supposed to call me when it was ready and it's 5:30 in the afternoon and I don't have a ride and I don't have a vehicle and I haven't gotten a call so I contact the dealership and I was told that it was done around lunch time.Thankfully Carly came out and gave me a ride. I would have given this review minus five stars if I could but Carly was the only reason that I gave it what I did. The nepotism is ridiculous and I now use another dealership in the area to do all my workI have 4 Fords that are under warranty and I now have my maintenance done elsewhere.Buy from Lexington or Ogallala, great service and staff that returns calls.

I stopped by to see if I could pick up a part for my automobile. As I approached the parts counter the guy behind the counter saw me, then moved to his left apparently to pick up something off a printer. I was probably 12 maybe 15 feet from the desk when I saw him and presumably him me. No one at the counter as I took the last few steps. I waited for a couple minutes then the counter guy walked from right to left behind the counter. He never said anything, no acknowledgement, no "can I help you", no "someone will be with you in a few minutes" : Nothing. He then left that area through a door into the waiting room and walked down the hall. Not to worry I was able to stop by a different business that actually helped me fix my problem with great customer service. If I could give BSF a negative rating I would.
