I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the exceptional service I received from the business of Bill Summers of North Platte, NE.I had a wonderful experience to ensure my satisfaction. They were professional of their work. The certain staff members that I dealt with and were very knowledgeable, plus it was a super of these staff members who went above and beyond their precious time of their duties of their work, to service myself and my vehicle. When you enter the garages prior to any work, you might be greeted with Shana, the service manager and or Brycen, the service advisor. It's always nice to see a friendly smile. They both have excellent customer service and are wonderful in every which way. I could tell that they were so very understanding of my concerns. They got me in with two separate appointments plus additional appointment to install the part on November 29th, approving the service inspection of my vehicle, without charging me extra. I mean seriously, they could have charged me for these appointments, with having these unknown questions to them towards my vehicle, especially since I requested to be in the service garage examining my vehicle, while it was on the lift. They are friendly, listened carefully, had patience towards me. I felt comfortable, and never felt I was being rushed with my concerns of my questions of my vehicle. It shows me there is a lot of wonderful and kind staff members of Bill Summers, and that they do take pride of their job positions plus for the customers and their vehicles. Yes, they do worry for the safety of our vehicles out on the road and the safety of others. I felt like I was in good hands within them. They answered my questions truthfully. The guys that I dealt with was Steve on November 14th and Sam on December 2nd, in the service technicians dept. showing me up close of my vehicle in the garage. They took time out of there busy schedule to explain everything of a certain part of my vehicle, the concerns that I had. The service technicians were prompt, professional, and the final results exceeded my expectations with the honesty and truthful of their words to me. They also went above and beyond their work in helping me out.I am sure I was the talk of their business service dept in a humor way, stating my name of the number of times I called, but I just felt within my heart, something wasn't right and needed to find out my answers to the questions I had. They were great in calming my nerves of what took place previously, and I was so impressed with the level of service that they treated me with respect and dignity. I feel they should all be recognized in their work positions.Don't ever judge a business that actually does a good job until you actually find out, that they do care, and are very much concern They were prompt and professional, to ensure that I was satisfied with all the service that I received, and I am very grateful to all of them.I would definitely use Bill Summers of North Platte in the future and truly recommend it to others.

Called on a Friday amd scheduled for Monday morning . I get there late because my truck broke down driving 83 miles there. Made it and just in time for attitude and disrespect ! Huffing amd puffing , slamming the mouse and banging on keyboard like I was such a hassle! I scheduled for a security lock out to be reprogrammed but turned away and said they couldn't do it that day ! So another 83 miles home a day wasted for nothing ! Worst customer service ever !

Took my key fobs there, neither one was working. They "tested" them and said they were both bad....and that I need new ones. One was $395 and two was $645. Charged me $70 for the "test" and I Left without getting new ones went to local locksmith, and TaDa they are not bad...the batteries were installed incorrectly! Locksmith fixed both keyfobs for free and took him 5 minutes.

Thank you Shana and Tony at Bill Summers Service! While traveling cross country my starter when out. They recommended Big Red Towing and shifted their schedule around to get a new start install and got me on my way within 3 or 4-hours. Truly amazing service! Nice clean waiting area, friendly sales staff and nice customers.

I bought a Honda Pilot in Nov. 2018 with 9 miles on it. Im very displeased because I needed a loaner vehicle while they had my Pilot to figure out an issue its having. Shanna at the serviced department informed me they dont give out loaners for Hondas. What the.....? But they do provide them for other brands of vehicles they have there. Well-thats a bunch of crap! So Beware!

I bought what I thought was a truck in great shape, an 2017 F-250. I had them get it ready for me, detailed, they had about a week to do it. #1; The truck looked like the paint was wiped down with sand paper after I asked them to do a good job. #2; The engine compartment was never cleaned, it is a mess. #3; The rear view mirror fell off when I just touched it and I had to buy a totally new front windshield out of my pocket. #4; I arranged to have it transported and then they nearly doubled the price and delayed it weeks.#5; There are many more issues, the front fog lights are both cracked, it goes on ! #6; The GM manager was completely disrespectful to me and my friend who is nothing but respectful. #7; The salesman never offered to show me one thing on the truck and when I called he still had no clue about the vehicle. I am going to the BBB, the FTC and any auto buyers rights advocates.

This place is amazing. My son was traveling from Montana to Kansas. His truck stopped working on the freeway and had to be towed to Bill Summers Ford. Turned out the inertia switch came undone. (Had no idea what that was until this incident so learned something new). They had him fixed up quickly for a very nominal and reasonable fee and had him on his merry way. They are extremely honest and quick. Thank you so much for taking care of my son and getting him back out on the rode so quickly.

I was driving from Las Vegas to New York yesterday and over Colorado my 2018 Honda CR-V camera senser stopped working due to havey rain I came here to this dealership and talked with service manager Cameron Armstrong. He took the car and have it fixed in 10 minutes. Thank you Cameron. What a great experience.nice people and beautiful dealership. I highly recommed this place. Alex.

If I could give this place less than one star, I would. Thanks to an oil change on my 2005 Honda Accord back in December, I'm sitting in an auto shop in DC today with a $500 bill that should have been a $33 dollar bill. Lesson learned: Never get an oil change from Bill Summers. Repeat that to yourself, so you'll never have to experience what I'm currently experiencing. Because one mechanic decided to over-tighten a screw on the oil plate, they shred the inside of the shaft and a new screw won't fit anymore. Parts and labor for me now are $500. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all cost.

After experiencing car problems traveling cross country we by chance stopped into Bill Summers for service on our 2016 Rogue. With no appointment we were told we would have to wait till 1:00. It was 11:00am. We were escorted to a beautiful waiting area snacks,water,TVs,chargers for electronics and very clean bathrooms. The car was taken on time and an hour later we were told everything was under warranty. Not a penny was taken from us. Of course a tip was offered but was not accepted. We would like to thank Mike Metzger, Service Advisor, the mechanic and the friendly staff at Bill Summers. They made what could have been a terrible experience very bearable and almost pleasant.
