She was very friendly and although she had a line of customers she made sure i knew she would help me as soon as she could. It was my first time ever renting a car and Lisa made the process sooo easy for us. We got a Cherolet Traverse and we are convinced we need to get that car next. Chris met me out at the tow truck place and took me to the airport to the airport were Jenice helped me with the paperwork. Both were great to listen to my stories and woes. This included an air show 20 plus years ago to grandkids to the beauty of the Nebraska Sandhills. Thank you so much Chris and Janice.”

“I arranged a training in North Platte and was very worried about transportation options, as we were flying in from Minnesota late on a Thursday night. Chris, Dylan, and Jenny were all incredibly helpful in renting us two cars, at very short notice. Our flight was also an hour late, but Jenny stayed at the counter past operating hours to help us. I am so thankful I could depend on the staff at Thrifty in North Platte.”
“I think this place is amazing. I was a little sketchy because when I Drove off in my car that I got from them I realize that it had twice as many miles as they had told me and then realize that it had some issues far as like transmission and etc. however Wes was very accommodating he instantly had me bring it in and has pledged to make it right and I will recommend this place to anybody”
