Pretty sad. I’ve had my haircut here before and they did a decent job for a cheap haircut but this time arrived at 5:30pm on the dot, there was one other customer in the store and 3 employees. One of the gals with red hair asked how she could help me and I told her I needed a haircut to which she replied she was “sorry but they were all booked up for the night.” Clearly this was a lie as I came back by to people standing around and again I asked if they’re sure they couldn’t squeeze me in as my hair only takes 5-10 mins to cut max and they didn’t close until 6pm. The girl (a new girl this time) said she was sorry but the manager (red headed gal) said they were booked up. Walked back by at 5:39 and the girl was counting the register, another girl was sweeping the floor, there were no customers in the store and they had pulled the door half of the way closed indicating they were closing. I get it if I had arrived at 5:50-5:55 but give me a break you still have 30 mins left before you close. You clearly were not booked up for the rest of the night. Why lie?
