Fort Cody Trading Post is a fun place to stop, described as a very cool huge gift shop with lots of souvenirs, a large selection of books, and plenty of hand made and original items. It is great for kids, featuring an amazing miniature Buffalo Bill Wild West Show with animatronic figures and a cool working train set. The shop also offers lots of history, informative plaques, artifacts, and dioramas, with friendly staff and plenty of information to be found. Visitors find it a neat and worth the stop for its variety and unique experience.
