This location has become quite the disappointment. Prices have gone up 3 times in one year. Very little “thrift” bargains here now. I started going here 1.5 years ago, selection is generally not that good in recent months. No linens, nice vintage china/dinnerware, or nice ladies jeans like there used to be, no jewelry, no vintage books (my favorite). And lots of dollar store items marked higher than at the dollar store! Other items marked with higher prices than Walmart! (Pens, pencils, index cards, recipe cards) I can go to TJ Maxx and pay a $1 or $3 more for brand new and nicer! It’s not thrifting anymore, and I’ve stopped going there. Prices for a small town are ridiculous.

Prices are just ridiculous. Goodwills are already so overpriced, but this goodwill, specifically, is outrageous.

Was traveling through and thought I'd stop by, it was a clean and organized in Goodwill standards, it wasn't a terrible experience but the goodwill pricing is insane....way overpriced. I mean do they realize they get these items for free?

Helpful employeesCleanSafePrices don't make sense, I think: a front-wheeled walker was $5.99, which was a bargain, and a TV tray that was roughed up was $3.99. Their linens and towels are priced too high for me.I would go again

Absolutely no Customer Service and rude. So I took my Valuable donation to THRIFTCONNECTION at 501 E 5th Street, The people at thrift connection cheerfully greeted me, no waiting, they unloaded and thanked me. I highly recommend choosing.THRIFT CONNECTION for all your donation needs.

Very clean and organized. Higher prices than what I like at a thrift store, but still worth it for the quality of clothing.

First time back in several years (been out of town), they've remodeled the layout like the big cities. Kinda disappointed, wanted to eyeball a lot of stuff, but it's mostly clothes now.

I’m five minutes away from opening up the store here and I’ve got a broken ankle and I literally am about to pee on myself and the lady shook her head at me and said five more minutes that’s not customer service at all you need a better opening manager and better employees because I’m the customer and they could’ve made one five minutes exception for me, a guest now it’s 1 minutes away and no one is opening the door this is worst ever attention corporate this is how they treat your guests
