Loves is my one stop shop while I'm traveling or chasing storms. It's always clean. The employees are always friendly. They even have a lot to offer if you're driving truck or even driving and RV.

7/18/2024 night manager is lazy. Didn't want to do a return. Told me to come back in the morning for store manager to do return. Why even be a manager if you can't do a return. Pure laziness

Leaving this for this specific Loves and hopefully Loves management can work with this people to help them do things the "Loves" way.
July 9th 2024 I called about 10pm asking if they had a tire shop, the lady at the fuel desk. She told me they probably couldn't help me. I asked if they had a tire shop and she said yes but they probably won't answer or be able to help. I asked to be transferred anyways. The tire tech did answer and said he wouldn't have time to do repairs before they closed and welcomed us to come first thing in the morning, which was fair. We went in the morning and waited for about 2 hours and couldn't get any idea when we would get the flat tire patched. So we left.
Just didn't match our usual experience with Loves customer service.

this location is large and has a wide variety of snacks to choose from. friendly staff. The mens bathroom was clean except but urinals which had sanding water. dislocation outside has a subway and McDonald's on site.

Clean place to stop. Staff was friendly and efficient with all the people from a bus that had stopped. Busy place but would stop again.

Need more parking. Announcing in the store to move when done filling is ironic....there was no where to. I despise having to come in to get a receipt! The area where the trucks without trailers park is a disgusting mess, piles and piles of dumpings from ashtrays. This is so NOT like Loves. We seek them out because they are clean and well kept.

Wash machines are filthy, and I find it very disrespectful that they allow truckers to wash their pet belongings inside these washers and dryers. where is the common decency and respect for people that don’t deal with animals. It’s so distasteful and degrading. At least make these people sterilized the machines after using it or completely restrain them from washing their pet stuff leaving a lot of dog hair and bacteria from these animals in the machines.

Today, 13/06/2024 at 9:30 p.m., an African-American man was working at the cash registers. Very rude and unprofessional. Did not issue a check after payment. Did not give his name. I ask the Loves administration to pay attention and take action! Personally, I have no desire to refuel after this at this gas station.
