Worst experience ever had nail take off and manicure. She rushed and chopped 8 of my 10 nails so she had to cut short bcuz I didn't want dip. She is too preoccupied on her phone and making fun of customers to be a professional. How is she in business is beyond to me.

Terrible experience today, I will never be going back. I’ve never met such a childish owner in my life. A situation came up that she could have easily fixed and instead she went and pouted on the other side of the salon and sat on her phone saying nothing to my sister & I. Completely awkward and unprofessional. There’s a reason this place has terrible ratings.. now I know better! If there’s something you do not like, stand firm in what you say because she will treat you badly at the slightest concern you may have. Don’t let it intimidate you!

Needed my gel polish removed for a new pedicure. Gel polish was only removed half way. Not only was it not removed completely, i then sat for 45 min waiting for someone to paint my nails. And what do ya know, still didn’t removed the gel completely, she painted over the old gel polish.

Came here to do a mani pedi. Had a young man do my nails I asked for a regular paint with sparkle polish. He clipped and painted my nails so poorly I have paint all over my feet and it gooped all the way to the back ofmy nail. Two ladies even came by and apologized for how poorly they were done. The women's tried to fix it but afterwards I just left without getting mani. Do not recommend

I took my twelve-year-old daughter here for an early Easter gift. I do not recommend this place at all. My daughter informed me that the whole time she was getting her nails done, the nail tech was not wearing any shoes and was constantly touching her feet. Which is completely unsanitary. Not only that but she was applying new tips over other tips that she cut too short. The quality was an absolute zero.Service: Acrylic nails

When we arrived they helped right away which was nice. She started on my nails and started pedi on my friend. She was watching something on her phone while doing mu nails and she was kinda rough with the drill. When I told her my index finger was crooked she pushed it off on my finger being curved.. no it was definitely crooked and I let her know it was most definitely crooked and really didn't do anything about it. Before she painted my nails she sent me to the pedi chair. They had a guy doing them and he seemed like he really didn't want to be there and rushed through the whole thing and carried a attitude. He was also rough on my feet. They have been speaking their native tongue but he definitely was arguing with the nail tech. When he was fishing rushing through my pedi he bolted out the door. The nail tech painted my toes and as soon as she put the top coat on she says wash your hands. She didn't give my any slippers so I had to use my own slides and she goes you will mess up your pedi.. and sure enough it stratched up my pedi but I refused to walk on the floor bare foot. She painted my nails which wasn't bad but I can't stop looking at the crooked nail.. so when it was time to pay she tells me $55 for my nails ( I had short to mid length 1 solid color) the woman next to me had ombre powder nails around the same length and paid $65. It didn't sound right to me but whatever. Then says $35 for my pedi when the paper I chose from said $30. Then she says $ 95 total.. that math ain't mathin'. Then I say I'm paying for my friend also which was also $35 and tells me $125. I just paid it so I could get out of there she just over charged me $15 because she couldn't correctly add and I walked out of there with a messed up pedi and a crooked mani. I will never do business there again. I usually never go there because wheb they first opened many years ago I had a bad experience but had some people show me their nails and I complemented them and they said go there. They are Rough, Rude, and Rushed. Oh also it smelled of feet the whole time I was in there.Services: Acrylic nails

I usually love this place when it is the right girl, when I get the male how ever, he makes me un easy. He clearly does not want to be there and is very un gentle. He cut my toenail until it bled and was uneven. It hurt when he gave me my pedicure. Hard to be relaxed when you are in pain.Services: Pedicure

I will not go back to this salon! I had my nails done, and within one week the polish (gel) was lifting. I went in to have them fixed and first off, the owner kept questioning me about when I had them done and who did them, She did!! She said that she was too busy ( 2 customers in the salon, and they don’t take appointments). She then tells me to come back at 7 (this was at 2:30). I told her that I was WILLING to wait, because I lived out of town. She rudely said that I needed to come back at 7. All about the money not the service!!Service: Acrylic nails

I do not enjoy giving poor reviews, however I think they are important for first time or prospective clients. I was disappointed with my visit to perfect nails. From start to finish, my gel manicure took 12 minutes. I have had many, many manicures and all that is involved in a manicure did not take place during my visit. The woman doing my nails acted extremely rushed, and I felt as though I was an inconvenience to her time. Unfortunately I will not return, and hope future clients are treated with a bit more appreciation and respect for choosing their business.Service: Gel manicures

For one I walked in, a male. I asked how much a manicure would be without polish. I was told ten dollars because it was simple. Well when we got done, barely anything besides some lotion and grinding my nails, and then they charged me 20$ which was fine but they all told me twenty, twenty, it’s twenty, look at the board, twenty dollars. My friend got polish and it looks like they mounded up clay on her nails, good for a quick job but not good for a professional job.

Guy doing my nails didn’t know what he was doing and was too quick. Seemed like he had allergies or something. Sniffing his nose every 10 seconds.Cut my nails too short.Service: Pedicure

One nail tech for pedicure and nails. She rushed through and my nails are horrible. I get being busy but you can take your time and take pride in your work. Especially if you’re going to be charging over $100 for two fills and color. I wouldn’t recommend anyone come here. You’re better off saving your money and doing your nails at home yourself.

Dangerously unsanitary!!! Very poor cleaning practices for tools and no attempts at sterilization. I understand that sometimes short cuts are needed to keep things moving, but this was gross negligence. They used the same clippers, cuticle trimmers and foot files on multiple people without sanitation. Dude used the metal file on my feet then dropped on the floor and then picked it back up to use on my feet again!!! The pumice was half expended, so obviously used on multiple occasions before me. According to Nebraska state regs pumice is too porous to sanitize and should be single use. Dude really put some softsoap (yes, handsoap) on an old brush, dunked it in my dirty pedicure water and scrubbed my dead skin out of it before placing back in the station where he retrieved it. He also cleaned the metal foot file in my dirty water that was just plain water. He made no attempt to wash or sterilize the nail clipper or cuticle trimmer. He also used the same pair of gloves on me and another customer. One of the ladies doing nails got up from her client to clean the pedicure bin next to me for the next customer. It had paraffin wax from the last customer hardened in the bin. she used the sprayer and her bare hands to scrape out the used wax. then wiped out the bin with the leftover dirty towels from the last customer. She used no cleaner whatsoever. Then she went back to the nail station and continued doing a lady's nails without even washing her hands. I was finally so freaked out that I got up without even getting my toes painted and just asked to be checked out. Another lady offered to pay for my service which was very kind. It was obvious that I was not feeling the experience. The other customers did not look concerned, so this must be normal to them. Maybe they thought I was being impatient due to things slowing down due to technicians working on multiple people. That wasn't the case. I wasn't in a hurry at all. In fact I'm just passing through on a long road trip and took today as a rest day. I googled Nebraska cosmetology sanitation standards to make sure I wasn't just a bougie out of towner being ridiculous. Nope. Nebraska has comparable standards to other states. This place just doesn't care. In 99% of cases this is gross but probably harmless, but all it takes is one customer with a gross fungus or infected sore to cause an outbreak. This place is itching for that.Service: Pedicure
