This is in addition to an already in progress review. Thank you again for being so kind and helpful. Tim's agency was so helpful after the awful treatment I had from the State Farm agency I had been with for 50 years. I, will hope that I never have to turn in a claim, but if this happens, I hope that Tim's agency will treat me better than State farm did. Chrissy Weigand is my agent and is so helpful and attentive!!

Tim and his staff have provided me with outstanding service for the past 14 years. Very professional, very responsive, and always, always, focused on exceptional customer service. I would give more stars in the rating if I could. Thanks for all of your help over the years Tim!10-27-22 UPDATE:After suffering two motorcycle accidents and one hospitalization in the space of a month, I have to boost my rating of Tim Malmkar Agency, and American Family Insurance, to 100 Stars.In a very difficult time, Tim's staff came through in spades (Thanks Chrissy!). I could not expect better customer service, and the follow up from American Family was just as good. I am very thankful I am insured by such a solid company. Again, I have to say: Thanks Tim! Your outstanding service is very much appreciated.
