Don't waste your money. Poor reception and very high fees. I recommend Viaero. 85 for us cellar 35 for Viaero and great reception.

They never answer their phones. And have zero deals for existing customers.. on top of that we have been loyal to them for over 30 years of service. Would not recommend switching over and especially not at this location. The worst store in Nebraska is north plattes.

10/10 don’t recommend. they do not notify customers of changes in reception or updates to towers. i currently receive no service unless under wifi yet still have to pay an arm and leg. was told i am “SOL” in case of an emergency. complete waste of money. shame on you US Cellular.

I'm very disappointed with US cellular. I've been with them for almost 30 yemost 30 years and after all that time a time they won't even work with me on getting a different phone when minds not working properly. I took the phone back within 2 weeks of having it and told them the problems I was having I've been into the store at least 10 times trying to figure out what to do and they do and they finally told me I'm going to have to deal with Samsung because they don't back their products anymore!!

Worst customer service centers are in Kearney in North Platte Nebraska they always seem to be in a rush and not helpful but willing to push you onto others without resolving your issue and rude and I've also had the same problem not even being acknowledged in these stores go to Grand island they are a lot nicer bought a Galaxy S10 plus had nothing but problems with it call the t Tech 2 line found that there was something wrong with the phone had to drive an hour all the way back to get nothing but a hassle out of the employer did not even no I was on the phone with a level Tech to agent listening to the wholeI had to hand her the phone after dealing with it for probably 20 to 25 minutesbefore I had told her the level tattoo aging was on the phoneand she seen it right in the notations and ignored the fact that it was deemed a bad phone to send it back to US Cellular and get your money back or a different and said that the phone was defected she trying to charge me the 30% restocking fee and I had to level Tech 2 person on the phone with me the whole time and he heard how I was being treated in reported the agent that was working at US Cellular in Kearney and then when I wanted my money back they said they didn't have it they would have to send it in a check I had to wait 2 weeks to get my $1,050 back worst customer service I've ever dealt with the only reason why I stay with you as cellular because the service is better and reaches further in the country so if you live in the Grand island area I suggest you visit them they are very nice understandable people willing to help you in any way

When you call for store hours and it says they are opening till 8 you stay open till 8. Drove 45 min because my sons phone wasnt working because they said they were open till 8 but in reality they closed at 7. Employees were in the store when I pulled up at 7:15 but they got the hell out the back door. I have been a customer for 20 years and I think it may be time to look somewhere else!
