Worst post office I’ve ever been too. A lot of good that did me. Two days in a row they “accidentally” grabbed and delivered my mail to a box I can’t reach. The postmaster was super rude about their screwup. You need mail I suggest having someone who can handle rudeness deal with them on any of their screwups.

The people who work at the North Platte distribution center are either stretched so thin that they can’t keep up with all the daily parcels, or so incompetent that they can’t properly do their jobs. I hate when my packages that I’m either sending or receiving go through North Platte because I know it’ll easily add a few days on to the shipping times. For instance, I recently had a package that came from Omaha to North Platte, and the clowns at the distribution center in North Platte sent it back east to Omaha instead of west to where the delivery address is. Either stupid stuff like that or it sits in limbo for days before someone decides to do their job. Unfortunately, North Platte distribution center gives even more argument to Republicans to privatize the USPS. Do better before you don’t exist any longer thanks to your incompetence.

The worst USPS office in the United States!! They have had a small package that was to be sent to me from Gothenburg, NE for over 21 days!!! That’s right 21 days!!! It has moved a mere 75 miles in 21 days sitting here in North Platte!’ You’d think this was New York Ciy with a million packages to handle but this is small town NE and they do a lousy job!! This USPS needs to be investigated and audited extremely bad!!

Never had an issue and do a lot of business with the post office in north platte. Most locals do not realize that everything is sent elsewhere, i.e. denver and such before it actually comes back to North Platte. Most of the issues are not local but we all want to blame them

northplatte post office please people are stealling our parcel and it looks like the manager there does care because the tracking number is showing that it never come out of their place it never checked in anywhere but he tells us that it went out as the whole team there is lying protecting each other it looks the doing that is withing northplatte but are not ready to expose him/her my tracking number is 9534613712064124491330 and no one is doing anything about do we have responsible people who are ready to protect vanurable people who sent their percel not knowing wat northplatte workers and management are doing why receive people's parcel only to throw them in the thrush only to be sorry someone must be accountable for this

I am vary disappointed with the service I was given in May.I sent 2 parcels to Texas to different destinations.One arrived in a weeks’time ,fine and one was lost.I filed a complaint in June Ref-#MRC 2418481424.It was stories after stories.Today I received an email saying sorry we couldn’t get your parcel.Just like that.Honestly how can a big bag like that just disappear.Someone stole my bag at Northplatte.It didn’t even go to Denver that’s a lie.When I was tracking nothing showed that the bag was checked in inDenver.It was stolen at NorthPlatte.Am not happy at all.Why stealing other people s things.Northplatte staff ,I am not happy at all with what happened to my bag.I hope one day you will be able to find out who is stealing people s parcels and have a solution to our problems.

Postmaster voice mail box full, has been for over a year. Cannot even leave a message in ANY department. USPS customer service number doesn't let us report our specific issue whatsoever. Like today, our delivery person didn't even go down our street! North Platte Post Office needs a serious audit, they aren't doing their jobs.

I do not know what is going on with North Platte mail. Saturday the mail person went to each block and only delivered to one house. At one of the houses she was there for about 10 minutes conversing with the person. We didn't get our mail dropped off she drove off. And then she went to the next block delivered to only one house and took off. Today we have not seen the mail person at all. We are waiting on important papers that should have been here Saturday. This is getting ridiculous.

I ordered a wedding gift two weeks ago and it has been sitting in North Platte for almost a week. When I try and call no one answers, even our local post office can't get ahold of them.

I have a package with more than $100 worth of merchandise that is now sold out which has been in a shipping loop between North Platte, Denver, and Omaha for almost 2 months! I and the sender filed a missing mail search request, but USPS has not done anything about it! No one answers the phones at any location. This is ridiculous!

We’ve had problems with packages from here for a while but given the benefit of the doubt. Today my husband’s package got delivered to us but my baby formula didn’t. Both packages got delivered to North Platte at the same time but where his was delivered two days later my formula says “moving through network” still. I’ve tried to call the postmaster, plant manager and supervisor but no one answers and I’m not able to leave a voicemail as the mailbox is full. Honestly disappointing no one can be bothered to answer a business phone.

Very Annoyed at how slow things are updated. And instead of leaving packages on my porch like any other service, they take it back to the store with them? just leave it on the damn porch. and then i go to get the package and they don’t have it. i requested a redelivery one one of them and it never got updated that it was trying to send to me today. and then another package was supposed to come today and i never got a redelivery notice put in my mail box or on my door. Pretty pissed off.
