I came in with a friend to simply deposit her check. Simply not enough tellers to do the job and you weren't all that busy.

I’ve been a customer with Wells Fargo for 20 years. Today I was treated horribly at this bank. Worst customer service ever. I will be switching banks.

I'm sure you're a great bank, but when you have a guy pressure-washing your parking lot in 26 degree weather; a gal making a deposit has to get out of her car to make a deposit because he won't move, then customer almost injures themself slipping on fresh ice(thanks to the pressure washing when weather is below freezing).... yeah, not cool. Their ATM is a joke. Only usable about 50% of the time. If even that. Its either down or being worked on or its full and you cant use it to deposit or its empty and you cant withdrawal. Not sure why they got rid of their 2nd ATM out by interstate. Not convenient nor quick for their customers. In fact, they might as well get rid of the ATM they do have cause they cant keep it functionable

I stopped at the Wells Fargo on Dewy street north platte. I stopped because I had lost my Wells debit card and was 750 miles from home, Sioux Falls.I waited for the teller to get done visiting with the other teller to waddle over to stand 15 feet away from me to attempt to help me. Keep in mind she was wearing a mask and plexiglass was separating us. I told her I was hard of hearing so she spoke louder… I asked if I could write a check for cash due to not having my debit card. I showed her my check book which clearly said Wells Fargo. She the asked if I had a drivers license, which I presented her. She then asked for another form of identification. What the hell. I’m without cash, I’m over 700 miles from home and she needs 3 forms of id ?Oh, she then said I’ll have to get the manager. What’s her job??? To wear a mask and act irrelevant?

Very few times I’ll give a bad review but it’s well deserved here. This company not just the local branch is a mess. I was told before I got a account not to use Wells Fargo I didn’t listen. Now of course I regret this decision. They don’t communicate which is a huge factor in a business. The right hand tells you one thing and the left another. That’s a major issue when it’s money involved. Save yourself literally from a headache

Banking here has become a nightmare. Service is outrageously slow anytime you need to do business. I have spent an hour this week waiting in line and still have not made a deposit.

Banks are supposed to provide money services. Counting and rolling my coins by hand (because they don't have a coin machine like good banks) is not service.

This is a horrible and very dissappointing place to visit and do business with. They lack the experience and customer service skills to take orders even at a McDonald's. I had an account with them 6 months ago and am reminded again why I don't do business here. They don't even cash there own checks......pitiful....pitifulllllllllll.

It's absurd that this is a bank and there is no coin counting machine. It's 2017, why am I still rolling my coins in paper by hand? Also the wait for a teller is usually unreasonable.

Possibly the most terrible bank we have ever dealt with. They supplied preprinted deposit slips in a book that deposited our business income into another person's bank account and then fought with us over the error and refused to reimburse the fees they charged for being over drawn when it was their preprinted deposit slips mailed to us by them that caused the whole problem. They had our business name and address but someone else's account number on them yet it was our fault.
