Andrew was very competent and easy to work with. I will use his services again. I took an office computer to him for diagnosis and repair, and he found the problem and had a temporary part put in so that we could use the computer while he order the new part. When it came in, the repair was quick and the computer is working fine again.

Novus filmed three videos for YouTube. They downloaded them and edited them for me. They are quality videos. The Puzzle Guy! I would use Novus for everything!

Had a scam alert and locked up my computer, Andrew took care of it in 5 days. Very happy about that plus he cleaned up the computer.
