“I previously left a 5 start review based on previous experiences but came back to change it to 2 stars.
Today’s experience is less than desirable starting with the arrival. I arrived at 1015 just after opening. Cars were back up to the street as usual. By the time I make it to the window the only girl working is in a 15 minute call for who knows what. The lady working the first bay realizes it’s backing up and goes to assist. I asked for the works plus I quote I want all the vinyl scrubbed clean. I’m leaving it and will be back when you get it. They call 2 hours later they did the basic wash and lightly cleaned the interior. For $65 on a regular cab truck should be spot less…see pictures below. They also didn’t do the works package another $45 so the missed out on money I was willing to pay.”
“I was just on vacation in Colorado this past week and really needed a car wash. i had tons of smashed bugs on the front of my car, the windshield, and the bumper. When I went to Riverside Car Wash, Jerome was there at the beginning and taking care of washing the cars that came. He was very nice and friendly, and he did an awesome job of washing away all of the sticky bugs! After Jerome finished, the other 2 guys who were there (Kobi and Larry) took over by drying my car off, cleaning and dusting the inside, and washing the floor mats. I was getting a deluxe wash, so they gave my car the full treatment, and it looked great when they were finished! It shined like a new car again!!! I think that Jerome got about 95% of the bugs off my car when he washed it, and Kobi and Larry got the other 5% off by checking the finish as they dried it. Jeff's got a great crew of guys here - these guys are nice, friendly, and they care about doing their best job! The prices here are also not much different than what the other car washes in town charge, and your cars are also safer here with these employees hand washing them. You don't have to worry about any automatic equipment failing and damaging your car either, since these cars are washed by people! I also wanted to mention 3 other employees who were not there on this day but also deserve some recognition - Charles, Mason, and Lee. I chatted with the owner, Jeff, while I was there, and I told him that I would post a good review for his place. I could tell that he really cares about all of his employees, as he mentioned these 3 guys names too, and he asked if I would also include their names in my review so they also get recognized for their good work! Thanks Jeff and everyone else who works there! See you soon! ?”
“Great service for oil change. Didn't have to wait long, very friendly staff, good price. Also like that they have 93 octane at their gas pumps and you get a free car wash with oil change. They also don't do crazy markups for add-ons like wiper blades.”

They have all the supplies I need to keep my vehicle nice and clean! One young gentleman named Jeff always has a smile and always ask if I need any help. Highly recommend this location!”
“Absolutely stand up team at Owners Pride. Came in to have a scratch evaluated to have it repaired. They pulled my vehicle in, cleaned the area, and polished it on the spot. Asked if I could pay (despite it taking them only a couple minutes) and they said not to worry about it.
It’s hard to find customer service like this these days, but OP nailed it! Will definitely be bringing any future business here.”
“Provides a really good quality car wash. My vehicle is used for various long trips on highways and collects quite a bit of bugs so having the car wash membership is a huge help and trying to keep all the bug guts from sticking around.”

“Just ur typical do it urself carwash! I prefer these over the drive thru carwashes any day bc I'm OCD when it comes to getting my car clean. Quite a bit of trash on the grounds, but nothing that can't be picked up! I did have to move stalls bc the 1st one i pulled in wasn't starting after swiping my card even though it charged my account......the 2nd stall started right away, and the 1st charge was credited right back to my account! This is one of my go-to spots for keeping a clean car! Wouldn't recommend using the coin-operated vacuums bc they have zero suction!!! And I mean NONE whatsoever!”

“I had gotten a simple rookie wash, just to get the salt off from earlier this winter. The staff was very helpful and made sure I knew about their ongoing promotion! The prices were very reasonable for all they provide. They have vacuums available for self detailing and towels to wipe down any spots that the wash may have missed. I highly recommend stopping here for a quick wash!!”

“I'm from out of town and needed a self-serve car wash. Have never been to one that you pulled into and had to back out of, or back into and pull out of, whichever method you prefer. I'm used to more water pressure from the hose, but it worked fine. Only draw back was that there wasn't a pre-soak to help get all the bugs off. Overall, though, it was a good car wash. Also has credit card usability.”

“I come here all the time. Because the staff is always really nice and seems to be proud that they work there… I had to ask one of the employees if the people working there were family or related somehow… and, nope… Although the store is owned by a family, the staff are all just really good workers with good and realistic attitudes apparently. I always liked this place, but what prompted me to comment here was when I began to get gas. I hit “pay inside”, got the go-head on the pump, and then this pretty little blonde lady came out and asked if everything was working alright…. That’s when I was like… “yea ima put a review here”. KB really is an awesome convenient store. Very happy they’re close by.”

“We like your car wash, we have been to a few around town and this one seems to give the best wash. My only complaint would be when the line on the fast pass lane is hanging out into the street that the employees don’t have the cars move over to the pay lane so it will move faster. Seems like membership should mean you would get to move ahead but there’s no perks.”

“Nice car wash. It's great to get it washed whenever you want. Sometimes, it's busy. I go to the one on C.B. and the one on 72nd by L street. Neither one is very good at having the hand towels supplied. I think in the 7 times I've been there, there were towels once. I had to downgrade my membership the day after I signed up. I had Gottsch's Goo installed on my Jeep and had to not have the underbody wash anymore. It could wash off the Goo. The people I've delt with have been friendly and nice. I had to go from the MVP to the VP. I wish VP had some sort of wax.”
