I've never had any problems. Friendly team and always have your military discounts applied and give u the best deals. All work has a warranty. Been dealing with firestone since 1996.

Not very friendly for the most part. Upon my visit, I entered and stood in silence for what seemed at least 5 minutes - ungreeted and unacknowledged as the store employee just stared at his computer. Total silence, and you couldn't miss that I entered or that I was physically present standing waiting for assistance (I'm not a "petite" guy). A simple "I'll be with you in a moment" or even a simple "Hello" or even a respectful head nod would have been better. But absolutely nothing! Total silence. Oddly, the customer who entered a bit after I'd been just standing there and waited to be acknowledged was both friendlier and more helpful than the store employee was. It's disappointing for sure. I'm confident that nothing will change because that was a behavior developed over time with no accountability.

Smitty is a great Manager. His team at Firestone are very good at what they do, and they do it with such great professionalism. I have yet to meet any employee who doesn't have a smile on their face. They are truly committed to quality of workmanship and to the customers they are serving. Firestone should model all shops after this one.

They were able to get me in for a tire replacement the same day I requested. They replaced the tire quickly and it didn't cost an arm and a leg. The guy who checked me in/called to chat about what needed to be done was friendly and professional.

What an incredible shop. Brought my truck in with squeaky brakes. They did an inspection, told me the pads and rotors were good, and then lubricated them for no charge! The squeaky noise is gone! Will definitely come back if I ever need auto care.
