“We feel that our cats will be in extremely good hands here. The pricing is very economical compared to what we had been paying for vet services before (about 1/4th the price or even less), and we definitely didn't feel like "just a number" here - the vet and vet tech took the time to get to know us and our cat. And the vet showed tremendous knowledge and patience and care towards our senior, special needs cat. ❤️ We felt welcomed and at ease from the front check-in/-out to the exam room. We're very glad to have found this vet - highly recommend!”

“Rabbit & reptile owners: COME HERE!!! Cannot recommend this place enough. They care about your animals on a deeply personal level. I’ve taken my 14 year old tortoise there for checkups numerous times. She had a respiratory illness and they helped me rectify it. They go above and beyond. Our beloved Flemish giant rabbit, Tilly, had been seen early one morning one day for GI stasis. It’s common in rabbits and we’ve had experience, it’s not a big deal when you catch it early, give them meds, and syringe feed them food. They knew this well. She was a terror, but she was our terror. We knew the drill for feeding and most importantly, meds (they literally opened half an hour early for her!!). Unexpected for everyone, she passed later that day at only about 3 years old. Dr. Roelofs is a godsend. She spoke to me for like 20 minutes on the phone at like 7 pm that evening about how it wasn’t my fault and how everything had looked normal on all the scans while I sobbed uncontrollably. She seemed as stunned as I was. I later received a card from the office, signed by everyone. Dr. Roelofs wrote a long note once again assuring me and my distraught husband in the card that we had done nothing wrong. We are experienced rabbit owners. Sometimes things just go wrong genetically. The comfort this clinic and Dr. Roelofs has brought me cannot be contained in a google review. But she’s amazing and so is this clinic.”

“I have been taking my dog to Best Care 4 years now and have never had a bad experience. Have had multiple providers and everyone is always quick and friendly. When my dog was around 6 months old she broke her leg and they got her in right when I called. I would recommend anyone with a new pet to establish care at this clinic.”

“I have used Strobhen for both my dogs and now we bring my in laws dog as well here. When my beagle Daisy got sick they were my first call. That day they couldn’t get me in so I took my dog to the cb walk in clinic vet and they just told me that she had the dog flu. When she didn’t get better and was getting worse they were able to get her in fast. They did blood draws and a bunch of other tests but nothing really jumped out. “A place where, pet owners/pet parents can feel safe. They are a vet clinic and offers boarding this is where your pet should be. we went for a vacation, came home and picked up our pets and i complained when I got home because my puppy wasn't acting normally. I got a call within the day so they can get my pet checked up, and they were able to reassure me that my baby is doing fine in his stay. Hearing those words makes my anxiety went down. 10/10 for keeping my pet safe.”

“I love this place , my cat broke her leg and after getting 3 different opinions (which all told me to put my cat down) Bellevue animal hospital was the only place that did not suggest that and also fixed her leg. They are very personal , they communicate with you not only verbally but with a tv that shows you everything when you're in the operating room. They do payment plans which is very convenient when you don't have access to use care credit or you just don't have to the means to cover the appts. I think honestly they're reasonable in pricing and they can do more than most other vets around. So rather then waiting 2 weeks or more for test results at other vets - they do most of their testing at the location so you end up getting results way faster. I love them and without them I would not still have my baby”

“All of the small clinics around my immediate area were closed so we had to take a chance on the Velley View clinic to get our 19 year old diluted tortie cat seen. We knew it was likely her time, as sad as it was. The staff got us in the same day and gave us well over an hour and a half to decide to euthanize her, and spend the time with her before during and after. I was very impressed with how sympathetic and patient the staff was with us at such a heartbreaking time. In the future, I will be bringing my animals here for everything. Thank you Valley View Veterinary staff ❤️”
“My first experience with Twin Creek Animal Hospital was due to a very heartbreaking event. When I called Twin Creek they told me to come right away (even though it was almost closing) and met us outside with a guerney. We lost our beloved Parker that day but Twin Creek gained us as customers for life. The vets and staff are always friendly and helpful. The vets there are open, honest, and transparent. I love Twin Creek Animal Hospital. Every experience there has been above par.”

“My baby Koda had a tumor in his mouth. I had gotten a first opinion but they wanted almost $700 and wouldn't even consult. Just wanted to take him the day of and check everything out while he was under anesthesia. I came here for a second opinion because Koda had been here for shots and an ear infection. The doctor that diagnosed his ear infections said they were chronic and she did an amazing job. To this day, his ears are much better and hardly bother him at all. I went and got a consultation with the surgeon and he gave me best and worst possibilities. I was also only charged $300 for the surgery with pain meds and antibiotic. I am happy to say that the tumor was benign and the surgery went well. I am so happy with the doctors that work here. I picked up my baby boy and he was in good spirits and didn't even look like he had surgery. I am so thankful and will continue to use this animal hospital.”
