“Okay I have read some of the reviews that had negative things to say about this business but I assure you that I’m not a part of that. Our experience was nothing short of amazing or remarkable. We were traveling from Ohio to Colorado to visit family and to celebrate a grandson’s birthday when we had an incident in Iowa with someone pulling out in front of us in our full size pickup with our near near 40 ft fifth wheel trailer. So my only choice was to hit the vehicle that pulled out or run up over the curb. Obviously I chose not to hit anyone but as a result and unknown to me that it had broken the rear spring hanger on the driver side. So by the grace of god we didn’t have any problems while continuing on our way. So we stopped at T and A and we met the owner Bob and without any hesitation he said that they would work us in and within a couple hours we were fixed up and driving west. We can not begin to express how much we appreciated the professional service and the friendly staff that we encountered. So as I said to Bob when we were leaving that there’s no doubt in our minds that GOD put them in the path of our travels for that moment. Again Bob thank you and your staff for making our journey possible. As a fan of THE Ohio State Buckeyes I have a new appreciation for you Huskers.”
“We are habitual used car buyers that usually wait 10 years or more between purchases. We drive our vehicles until they are OLD by most people's standards. This summer it was time to find a replacement for our 2007 Ford Edge. Wolf had a low mileage 2015 on the lot that was really clean and we went for it. Got a very fair trade-in value and a clean deal. Kaleb treated us right all the way.
Then it got interesting. We sealed the deal on a Friday. Like most used car sales contracts, the sale was "AS IS" with no warranty. Over the weekend, however, we discovered a rather troubling mechanical problem. I took the vehicle back on Monday and, despite having zero obligation to do so, Wolf took care of the issue at no charge. This wasn't an easy fix. It required the ordering of parts and a total of three trips to the service department.
All of this extra work and expense on a used vehicle and they did it all without charging us a single dime. That's called "taking care of the customer" and it's getting to be a rare thing these days. A big thanks to Kaleb and all the crew in the service department! Ya done good!”
