“I am not a customer at this bank due to my past poor bank history. However, my paychecks are written from this bank and no matter what they are kind and help me every time. One time I didn't pay attention to the bank name on the check cuz it's not a regular payroll check and it ended up being from a completely different bank. Pinnacle ended up cashing it anyways for me so I didn't have to travel another 90 miles. To me that is excellent and I appreciated it so much!!! My parents banked there when they lived in Ogallala and loved banking from there.”
