They suck. Took probably a month for him to do a simple fix and butchered my 300 dollar boots

They re-soled my boots for me at a decent price, and did a swell job. ?

Horrible work. Had a zipper put in a pair of boots and it was put in incorrectly (with gaps) and didn’t match the boots at all. Needed the heels fixed on a pair of boots and all they did was throw a rubber end on them (wasn’t even straight) and didn’t fix the material around the heel. Won’t be back.

The guy (Cal?) doesn't hear well. Make sure to speak up when talking to him. The manner in which he talks doesn't encourage being specific but always a good idea to make sure everyone is on the same page. We have had several pairs of shoes done here. One was my mom's cheap Walmart shoes that she insisted needed the strap moved down on the shoe and a pair of expensive leather shoes of my husband's that needed new soles (the old soles were {a} lost {cause}). They turned out beautifully. It runs in my mind that when I still lived at home my dad had boots worked on here. It says something about a place that's been in business for as long as they have.

Terrible terrible terrible! If I could leave zero stars I would. They have no idea how to repair women's shoes. I took four pairs of high heels in to get heal caps replaced on three and specifically told him not to replace the heal cap on the fourth pair just to glue the sole. He replaced the heal cap anyways and got glue on the side of the shoe. All of the heal caps were uneven, rough and not even on straight. The damage he did to all the shoes was unbelievable. He charged 40 for the mess. I spent 90 dollars getting the damage he caused repaired by an actual cobbler in Lincoln ( downtown shoe and boot repair) who took pictures and couldn't believe the mess Cal's had made of my shoes.
