Cell Phone Stores in Ogallala, NE

“Andrew was my main representative today and the manager of the store. He went out of his way to provide me remarkable service after waiting one month for a phone I ordered that had not shown up. His card reader would not work to complete my purchase and after trying it multiple times, he called customer care for assistance. I felt terrible for Andrew because although he is the manager and a long-time employee, they kept trying all types of things to have that card reader work….it never did! So 90 minutes into just attempting the card reader, he had kept his composure and kept apologizing for the time it was taking and for their lack of service to him. It seemed a simple solution was available to a long-time employee (allow him a one-time manual card entry for the charge) but the customer care rep couldn’t find anyone to approve that.
Regardless of that experience, I would rate the Ogallala store and Andrew 5+++ Stars!!
