“I had the best customer service rep help us for a few hours today in Victor Ogallala. Her name is Kaitlyn. We upgraded two phones and got home internet. Things went very well with Kaitlyn. So nice and kind! She did have to call her support person to get help with some things. She was on the phone with them for quite a while. She was patient and friendly with her support person. She was an excellent example for me to see what to do when you could get frustrated with getting little things resolved. She didn’t get frustrated but I would have. I want to be like Kaitlyn.”
