1:00 pm the guy with the glasses was on top of it. I got served as fast as he could. Unfortunately the other 3 employees were nowhere in sight. At first I could only hear then talking in the back. The taller guy was to busy having a conversation with the ladies in thw back to be bothered with the register. As I sat and ate I watched everyone else work to clean and rotate food, as this one just stood around most of the time and followed the lady with the bandana tide up on her head. As he stood around he would bite his nails and wipe his nose and not once did I see him wash his hands. Come on seriously food safety 101. Keep hands away feom face and wash any time you touch something. Holy hell we just had a pandemic for real.

Arrived at 8.30pm and the store was already locked and closed, and they were packing up. If your store says open until 9pm, you should probably stay open until then.

8:30 on a Saturday night all doors were locked. Says open til 10 on the door. Atmosphere looked great next to a very nice truck stop. I give two stars for service only because 1 of two employees opened the door to tell me sorry we're short staffed. Lol. How many people do you need to make a sandwich?

I ordered my club flatbread and he made part of it. The other person working there was not helping out with the food- so mine sat there having a fly walk all over it while he made my husbands. I said that fly is on my food and he made a comment about the flies being bad. He never even reached out to try to swat the fly away from my food. I told him I did not want it because that is disgusting. I left and he still tried to charge us for it. He told my husband he would remake it. He said I did not want one after that.

As an owner of their own company. A few clear and financial logical steps to follow for Subway Corporate:1. Give McKayla her own store to manage or lose CEO material.2. Fire the two disgusting and rude employees that worked until closing on July 18th.3. They are harassing McKayla nonstop4. Corporate and ADA enforcement are hearinf from me and others about this sloven and craven behavior by McKayla's "coworkers."To McKayla, thank you so much for making sure I am treated fairly and picking food that doesn't have your coworkers' boogers in them.And most importantly not being on your phone and always doing what's right.If I can find you a job at Oracle, I will. We're your advocates. Use us.I would have given this place a 5-star rating.McKayla runs the store while:1. She does everything impeccably well.2. Forgot her coworkers:° They are listening to music.° They are insulting McKayla and treating her terribly°While, while she is doing all the work.° The place would be much cleaner if they other two workers were not literally and figuratively picking their noses.

Just stopped in on our way through. There were 2-3 workers in the front the whole time, but somehow it still took them 6-8 minutes to get to me—the only person after one woman ordering 3 sandwiches.The gal that was helping me was SO distracted. I had to tell her things so many times—it was wild. In the end, she still put the wrong cheese on, which was super lame. I love me pepperjack. The wrap job on the sandwich was done very poorly as well. See picture.

Yesterday (6/1) we stopped here around noon and the two young ladies working were impressive to say the least. They were friendly, prompt, and professional. You could tell they truly take pride in what they do. You are fortunate to have them on your team.
