“We had 2 trailer tires blow 30 minutes apart while we were traveling through NE on a Sunday afternoon. We googled "Tire shops closest to us" and a list popped up for Ogallala & we chose this Tire Company because the Ad said it was a Veteran Owned Business. We safely drove there, left our truck & trailer and put the keys in a Dropbox. We then left a message on the phone # listed on the door. The business hours said 7:30am-5:30pm Mon-Sat.Before we could call there as we planned at 7:50am Monday morning, the owner called us to ask where the spare tire was.He had come in early after hearing our message, and had already replaced the 4 tires on our trailer and would be done with the whole job within the next 20 minutes. We were back on the road by 8:30 am with professional service and comparable prices to what we would have paid at a Big Box store The big difference here is the personal attention and consideration that we were given by the owner. He took great care of a couple of road weary travelers who were passing through and put us to the front of the line. That never would happen at any big Retailer or chain of tire stores. We would have waited and they probably wouldn't have had the tires we needed in stock. So a big Thank You to "R" Tire & Alignment”
