“While driving from Denver to Lincoln my 13-year-old miniature dachshund Henry started to have small twitches. I called the first and closest veterinary office I could find. The moment I arrived the staff greeted me open arms as if we had been clients for years. My dog went into a grand mal seizure, and hi h required me to make a decision to put him down. The staff went above and beyond, including taking care of cremation and allowing me to pick the ashes up on Sunday after hours. “A huge thank you to Animal Clinic for their help last week with an after-hours call. I'm an over-the-road truck driver and was literally passing through Ogalalla and stopped for the night in Big Springs. I had just finished a 3 mile hike with my dog when she got tangled up in a barb wire fence suffering 3 serious lacerations requiring immediate help. Dr Carrick Perlinger and staff were wrapping up their day but stayed after hours to patch up my dog. 45 minutes and several stitches and staples later, my dog was back with me in the truck. Further, while waiting, the staff was gracious enough to provide me with a little food and would have even allowed me to park my truck overnight if my dog needed surgery the following morning. As a truck driver, I always worry what I'll do if/when my dog gets severely injured. Dr. Perlinger and his team were fantastic and any and all worries I had were immediately assuaged. I cannot recommend Animal Clinic & Pharmacy enough. My dog (Nora) is well on the mend, and her home vet was impressed with the quality of care she received. With all my gratitude, thank you!”
