My husband and I worked with John and there are not enough kind words to describe the customer service that we received. He always made himself available and answered all of our questions without making us feel rushed. John was also so good with helping me design my new wedding ring for our vow renewal. He has a forever customer with us.

I have had nothing but a GREAT experience with Alyssa and staff. This is a small family owned business, who in fact has grown tremendously due to the one of a kind designs and word of mouth that this establishment has been given. This business was small and off the spectrum until Alyssa was able to showcase her amazing designs. Now this business is off the charts and highly recommended. Alyssa wants to make sure that she serves everyone the best way she can and in a first come first serve basis with a one of a kind design. It doesn't matter how much money you have she does it ALL on a first come first serve basis and I will always respect that money does not talk in this business and I can't respect that enough! Great Job 14k and staff I appreciate all you do and all of the stuff you have designed for me and my family.

Alyssa, John, Roxy, Brit, and the whole of 14 Karat are absolutely amazing. They are professional, responsive, and so knowledgeable. I have never been disappointed in anything I’ve purchased, but the customer service is so incredible that I know if I ever was, they’d take care of everything. They are the only jewelry story I will work with- literally flew across the country to meet them in person after buying online (@14KaratOmaha) for months.

14 Karat was recommended by a friend so I reached out to Alyssa about upgrading the setting to my engagement ring via Insta. I was hoping we'd get a chance to design something sweet and unique that I'd absolutely love. Never got a response for us to meet up even after she showed interest initially. Oh well, perhaps I wasn't their cup of tea.

I have recently purchased both necklaces and earrings from 14 Karat and have never gotten so many compliments! Not to mention, I broke my necklace and they were able to fix it in 2 days! I also wanted to give a specific shoutout to Alyssa as she creates and does the custom work at 14 Karat! She is an absolute gem to work with and will literally turn any of your visions to life. This was the 2nd stop to get ideas for modifying my ring. Compared to the last jewelry store, the security seemed more obvious when you are buzzed into the store from the outside. Long story short, my ring was dropped off for further investigation to add new stones and replace the current ones. The timeline was provided and the cost will be determined at that time. I made more progress here than the last jeweler.

Alyssa is simply BRILLIANT with her designing. She took the time to design an engagement ring for me that was one-of-a-kind and absolutely perfect in every way. I live in Iowa so this was all done over text and photos/videos. She found the most perfect beautiful diamond regarding my very specific request (cushion cut but slightly elongated, but not too elongated lol) and designed a setting with all the specific features I told her I liked. She listened and 100% delivered. I’m so in love with my ring and haven’t stopped staring at it for the last 6 months and get compliments on it almost every day! Thank you Alyssa and 14 Karat!!! We’ll be back for my fiancé’s wedding band and all other fine jewelry needs in the future!
