I actually like living here most of the residents keep to themselves and mind their own business. The commute to work is not that bad. Not to mention Trish is a Rockstar and she manages the property well.

I love it down here. Miss Trish is so awesome. She handles everything that I need to get done and if I could give her 10 or more stars I wish I could that’s how awesome she is. 30 Metro Apartments are absolutely fabulous! They have big, beautiful layouts; all appliances in unit (washer/dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, oven, microwave, refrigerator); professional and courteous staff that want all residents to be happy and comfortable.

Honestly I was struggling moving into the 30metro apartments transferring from a different city, and Ms. Harrel the apartment manager helped me ! She worked with me so I could have housing for me and my four kids . No the apartments aren't the best because of the people they let move in here but the building is beautiful and it comes with appliances you need ! Also she stays on top of things , I dropped my keys down the elevator shaft and I brought it to her attention and not even a hour later I had my keys back ! Ms. Harrel is here for her residents and is willing to help them with what ever it is they need help with rather it has to do with the complex or maintenance or a little one on one talk to keep your head on straight.

I have been trying to tour these apartments for a month now because I see they have availability. I talked to ONE person through Facebook messenger and she was no help and stopped responding after I asked could we set up a time to tour. Nobody answers the phones EVER. It’s unprofessional and it’s not a good look especially for new move ins.Update: I also CALLED the office MULTIPLE times, left voicemails MULTIPLE times. Still have heard from anyone.. at all.

Wasn't this place supposed to be affordable housing for students? Jesus christ. The leasing options here are outlandish at best. Parking is a nightmare. This intersection has always been a struggle, but, for the same amount of money they're charging for their studio apartment, I can rent a whole house three blocks east.

I am pleased to domesticate within my domicile in a modern dwelling such as this one. However, since Seldin sold the property to N.P. Dodge, it has gone RAPIDLY down hill. Portia should be relieved of her duty as Property Manager.
