I would say 7 day Furniture is very affordable compare to their competition but with that being said you get what you pay for. I have been a customer with 7 day for the past 8yrs. Over those years I have had terrible luck with customer service, their warranty program and most of all their products not lasting one bit. From my experience warranty has not covered not one of my 10 items rather the item was a dresser, couch, mattress and etc; nothing was covered. Most of their products coming in comes in some sort, shape or form as defected rather stripped screws, loose parts and etc. 7 day will tell you to call management however they will less likely help resolve your issue in a satisfactory way. I had to end up throwing away all 6 dinning room chairs due to them breaking down.UpdateConfirmation by owner that I bought multiple items from 7 day which also confirm that I have been loyal for many years. Another confirmation by owner stating whats not covered by warranty which in my defense is 75% of frequent normal occasions that happens to home items. Leaving 25% but in my case 0% chance of items covered. Now another big red flag that drew my attention is that only took two hours for a response but in the past took near a week to get a response with little to no solution. Again you get what you pay for but towards other competitors will customer satisfactory is key but again takes money to get that kind of satisfaction. Meanwhile since were on the subject of money I would like to mention that I spent well over 7k on 7 day furniture which may not be a whole lot to some people but its still a good portion that was spent on them and not anyone. Yet I get the response as if my opinions, concerns and problems does not matter; but I’m use to it from 7 day furniture this is their typical and best response from them from my experience.In conclusion 7 day has their best customers that they treat well and their bad customers ( which is me ) that will be set aside and not treated as well they should have.

On Sunday, September 24 2023, I went here to purchase a bedroom set. The set I picked out had a red sale tag. I purchased an entire set. Bed, dresser, mirror, chest and two night stands. I also paid for a delivery.They call me two days later saying they under charged me $1,000. That I was charged $874. After I check make credit card statement, I inform them I was charged $1,861. The person on the phone then tells me I should have been charged $1,874. I offer to pay the $13 difference. Then they tell me I should have been charged over $2,900. I tell them I was charged the correct amount and won't pay anymore. I then tell them that's their fault. I paid what the sign said. I tell them they can refund my card. The lady on the phone suddenly gets an attitude and tells me something like, Fine. My manager will call you and we have cameras. I tell her, ok great. I'm glad you have cameras.The manager calls me a few minutes later telling me I was under charged $1,000. Manager refunds my card.I have bought from them in the past and had a good experience, but after this, I won't again. I paid what the sign said. If the price was wrong, that's their fault, not mine. I figure a reputable business would not call and harass customers because of THEIR mistake.Before you (7 day furniture) try to save face and apologize on my review asking me to contact you, I just got off the phone with Aaron, whom not only was no help, but was trying really hard to pass the phone call onto another manager.

It’s my first time speaking about a place but I have to do it. Today I received my queen size bedding set with my two nightstand completely broken and the edge of the mirror and the bed that is like silver plastic without glue. I already spoke to the manager his name is Aaron and he just told me that he is full today to send me one of their guys to my home to fix all the broken stuff that I paid almost 2400 to end at this waiting until Tuesday to fix them. It’s so disrespectful that I’m driving from Iowa to here that I’m trying to move on to Nebraska state and just received my half of my bedding set broken trust me I have to be mad.The reason that I give one star is because I can’t give a zero star and I will be more than glad just to give you -5. The delivery guys my respect for them they are completely professional doing their work.THEY ARE NOT TO BLAME FOR THE POOR MANAGEMENT OF THEIR ADMINISTRATION AS A COMPANY.

I have been a 7 Day Furniture customer before and was delighted with my mattress purchase last year. So, of course I went there for living room furniture. I was helped by Andrew right away, he gave me options and we looked at different deals. He was very patient with me and would leave for a few moments for me to make up my mind. The deals are so good it’s hard to decide. I went with the brown couch and loveseat that came with a free rocker recliner.After I returned home I decided that the grey sofa, loveseat and recliner would work better in the room. I called the next day, it was less than 24 hours.I returned to the store and the manager made it all happen. He switched the color and called to make sure the delivery date would not change.My furniture was delivered at the time I was told. Very pleasant and professional men brought it in and put it together. (I did pay extra for that option and it is worth it)I will shop there again. Best place to shop for furniture.

This has been a terribly stressful experience. Don't get me wrong, the furniture is amazing but i would say the delivery and dealing with employees who do not at all try to work things out with you is not worthy it. I was told by the gentleman that sold us our couch that we would get it at 2 weeks tops. We finally got the call on the 18 day mark that it would be delivered between 2pm-7pm (mind you we had a prior delivery that did not arrive within that time frame but were told to wait till 9pm and then it never showed). I requested an earlier time, thinking since this shipment is so late anyway and we had a prior bad experience that they could do that but the lady on the phone would not give any other alternative options only for it to be delivered Saturday morning (hitting the 3 week mark). All this to say i have hated my interactions with this store ever since I left it.

Bought living room furniture here.everything went great from salesman in store was great and the delivery guys who carried and brought them in to my house was great.highly recommend for furniture and delivery.

Great customer service! I have purchased many items from 7 day and I love everything! I just had a new dining room set delivered yesterday and they put it together for me. What a great set of guys! Friendly and careful and very nice! Love 7 day!

Our salesman was polite enough to stay away from us after we expressed the no need for help at this time. As soon as we were ready he came over and assisted us kindly. The experience was very good!

Stopped into 7 Day Furniture to find a new couch. Went once to scope it out solo, was very impressed with quality and selection. Went back the next day and Nelson helped us quickly reserve and order the last in stock couch to be delivered in 3 days! Love our new couch and how it fits the space, now to decorate!
