We used ABF to move from Nebraska to South Texas. Everything was packed the same way when we opened the doors as when we closed the doors. Nothing broken and no damage. It was there when we arrived and trailer was picked up when we got it all unloaded. The price was in our budget as well.
Thank you ABF for getting our home to it's destination safely.

Only had 1 experience with this company, something in the truck was loose and destroyed my crate. shouldn't of taken it but i got excited. Staff were very nice and helpful.

This was my first time here, and I was impressed with the staff they were very friendly and helpful. What impressed me was how they cared for my shipment and loaded it very carefully since it weighed 2250lbs. I would definitely recommend this shipper.

If I could give zero stars I would. Cube was clearly damaged and let water in- completely ruining our $1500 mattress. Made a claim and they said they could give me $402. An absolute joke. Was on the phone for over an hour and they said that’s the best they could do. Completely unprofessional and horrible customer service.

Had a couch delivered this morning. Driver was very friendly, helpful, willing to go the extra mile. Unfortunately there was a little damage to the couch (the manufacturer’s packaging was terrible) but the driver helped us figure out our next steps and made it a painless process. He was overall just a very pleasant person to work with. Office person was also really great when we contacted for delivery scheduling. I was very pleased with the online tracking system that kept me updated every step of the way. The best freight delivery experience I’ve had, despite the small damage.
