I recently came into a large amount of money through a legal matter and needed to break a half a mill into 2 different accounts. All I heard in my searching was negativity concerning Access Bank. You don't have to tell me twice , I kept moving on in my search. Now if that don't tell you something about this Bank, I don't know what will.

One of the worst banks in omaha. Slow drive thru even if you're the only vehicle. Slow service typically over 7 mins to deposit a single check. Doesn't send statements out properly, returns checks for no reason, deposits checks into others accounts even when your account number is stamped on the check.Don't even get me started on their clueless management. Gary Skybo, Mack La Rock, Boyce Voorhees and Mark McKenzie in my opinion are some of the worst bank employees you'll ever encounter.

Great local bank with great customer service. Don’t have nearly as much annoying red tape and slow service as national banks. Mike Corrigan has been great to work with in regards to my business needs. Anna is a sharp teller that handles all my (sometimes complicated) requests well and executes them properly.

Just left.. corrected the teller on handwriting and writing numbers on the withdrawal slip and then they still gave me the wrong amount bad customer service waiting in the drive through for 10 minutes

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. The service and help we got during our quest to secure PPP loans for both of my small businesses was incredible. The bankers worked long hours and over the week-ends to help us through the whole loan process. We are long time Access customers, and I am very thankful for being with a bank that cares about me. When friends who bank at larger banks couldn't get help, we referred them to Access. They, too, were able to get the help they needed from Access in a time of great worry and panic.

this is the worst bank i have ever delt with the customer service is horrible and also they tried to steal my husbands money luckily after a huge fuss he was refunded and they closed his account over $100!!!! i can not believe the lack of assistance that we delt with and the lack of unprofessionalism from the manager and the employees all over a atm that took 100$ and did not deposit it into the account worst bank ever!!this was at the 42nd and center st access bank !

Holy cow, if you want a supportive locally grown, home-town banking experience, this is your place. They offer most all the services of the regional and national commercial banks, but actually realize they are here because of their clients, not in spite of. They still recognize that profits will come after providing an exceptional experience, rather than necessarily line their pockets with every interaction. I am lucky to have them on my team.
