VERY unprofessional! My usual tax guy sadly passed away this year during tax time, so I needed another person last minute. I sent her everything for my business & personal taxes in March. I would not hear from Mary for months at a time until I reached out to her to see how it was going. Every few months she told me I was next and that she was working on it, and kept making excuses, etc. Finally in July I contacted her again to check the status because I am going through a divorce and really need them done ASAP. She tells me she is still working on it. Another couple weeks go by with no update, so I reach out to her again. Today I received a letter stating she DROPPED ME as a client with no explanation and will no longer be providing tax services. If she didn't want to do it, WHY string me along for 5 whole months and not tell me this sooner?? This tax return is holding up my entire life right now and now I have to start back at square one! I do not appreciate this extreme level of unprofessionalism when I have been nothing but polite and kind in all of my interactions with her. AVOID!
