I just left this location. There were only 2 people working . The older male was just simply not wanting to help me find something I was looking for in the store. So because of that and the fact that I have the receipt for the thing I bought yesterday, tomorrow I am going to be returning some items and I will go to Home depot Minards or Lowe's. I will not put up with being treated like that.

I recently purchased a Dewalt Trimmer via the app online as they had a special on it for online only so I paid for it first, and then went to pick it up. The app indicated they had 3 in stock. Upon arriving to pick it up, the lady informed me they only had 1 left in stock and it was unboxed and already assembled and was the “floor model’” which is not a big deal really, however, I asked what the return policy is and neither her or anyone else working had a clue as to what it was and considering the item was already unboxed and assembled had me bothered. After doing some research, it appears Ace Hardware has a no return policy for unboxed items, however I’m still not 100% positive considering this is a power tool. What has me bothered even more is that I just checked the app and website and they indicate they now have 2 available. Considering I picked my item up at 7:45PM and I’m writing this review 4 hours later, I now feel lied to and deceived. Terrible experience overall and would never recommend anyone to spend money or go to this Ave Hardware, as this will be the last time I ever do.

I bought my 3M (hazardous materials)
face shield here. Despite wearing it for every occasion that I can excuse, it still holds up. If you look up the product, you'll see that it's a reasonably well thought out invention. There's really no delinquency in the design or function.
Anyway, things are reasonably stocked, easy to find, and customer service is genuinely helpful.
This store consistently aquieceses to my expectations.

I was overcharged on 2 bags of weed/feed due to cashier price not reflecting sale price. On return the checkout staff failed to properly credit my card. Terrible service, I'm never going back.

I love Ace Hardware! I have been an Ace Rewards customer for years, which gives me access to more savings, whether I order online or in the store. The staff is always helpful and very happy. Their music system is outstanding, and I spent nearly 2 hours in the store!! My advice is to check out this fabulous store and enjoy the sounds of the '70s.

I will no longer shop at this Westlake Hardware because one of the clerks continues to wear shirts that depict trans kids. That is something that doesn't exist
