I had the best experience! The General Manager personally called me after noticing an issue with my online order, apologized, and even went out of his way to travel to another store to make sure my order was fulfilled. When I arrived for pickup, Associate Al was extremely kind and helpful. I’m so impressed by the professionalism, care, and genuine customer service from this team. You don’t see this kind of dedication often — they truly went above and beyond!

Everything I wanted to possibly purchase was locked in a case or locked on the shelf. How can I check out products if I can't see them?! Left without buying and will never return.

Absolutely the worst customer service experience today by Jacob and Hunter who were beyond rude and lacked any kind of customer service that they could mustard.
I would have understood if I had been rude, swearing or abusive but that was not the case, not even a little bit.

Latkey every time i go there they dont carry want I am looking for. What they show on line is not even close to what the store carries. Grade 8 bolts for example, nope Craftsman tool sets, nope, mower cable showed in stock, nope
