I contacted the store to arrange for a purchase of a barbecue grill to be delivered to my daughter in the area. TJ was very helpful. He made sure that the assembly was completed, and the grill could be delivered on a day my daughter was available. The communication was great. My daughter said that the delivery people were very nice. Thank you very much!

Bought a trimmer that turned out to be defective. The store would not take it back and kept telling me I needed to file warranty claims and register the product. It took several trips and the calls to and from the manufacturer for them to take it back. The staff there were quite rude as well. Stay away.

This is difficult for me to write this review since I always favor ACE over the other 3 big box home improvement stores. I brought in a lawn edger for repair. Wouldn't start. When I got it back home, it started up the first time.... but I was again unable to start it after the first initial success. Took it to another shop and they did what apparently the guy at ACE said he did, which is clean the carb, etc. Works great now. Maybe just one of those freak things, but it seems pretty clear ACE's team didn't do as good of job as the other repair shop.

Nice store. But don’t go there for car key programming. They lack knowledge and confidence. When I asked to program a duplicate key for my car, the technician said they just learned car key programming and don’t want to do mine. Basically they don’t know what they are doing and don’t want to take any liability.

Despite the Ace website, app, and a sign on the door saying the offer blade sharpening, they don’t actually offer this service.
Brought my lawnmower blade in to get sharpened and was turned away and told they don’t offer that service. Pretty disappointing.

Saturday drove across town to Ace hardware Elkhorn. Needed a new spark plug for my Stihl chainsaw. Bought the chain saw new at this location. Walked to the chainsaw section of the store. Some old man on the computer. He tells me pretend I'm not here. I said I just need a spark plug. He said we don't have one then walked out into the store. I will never buy another chainsaw or parts at this location. If these are the kind of people Ace hardward in Elkhorn hires they should be out of business.

Came here to find a bolt my husband wanted and after orileys wouldn't even look the bolt up and told me to leave I was referred here by someone at Napa. And the two gentlemen that helped me were so nice and beyond helpful. And talked to my husband in the phone and got me everything without any hassle. There were so knowledge and were wanting to help. I'd highly recommend coming here first. And they should have a raise.
