I was debating awhile to see if I should rate this place but honestly just want to warn others… I arrived at my appointment but had two other ladies there at the same time as me.. was not greeted at all by Janet but thankfully a new lady was very welcoming.. I’ve had Janet do my hair before and did a great job. I had thought my appointment was with her. However I got a new lady who I’ve never seen before help me. New lady was very kind however I had a very bad gut feeling about her haircut experience… she dried my hair with a very dirty towel (I could smell it from the chair) and hair tools had previous client’s hair in them as she used the tools on my hair… she spent about 20 minutes cutting my hair + styling & washing, for it to come out choppy… thankfully my hair did not come out too bad but definitely not what I asked for.. this was my last time returning to this salon.

I normally don’t make reviews. But I felt this had to be done. I absolutely hate my hair so much. But first things first I had originally made my appointment with Janet for this Wednesday at 12. In which I arrived and come to find out she had booked someone else at the same time as me. Which that should have been a sign for me just to get out of that place and never look back. But I stayed and the mom helped me out. So I thought it would be ok but it all went down hill from then. I hate my hair so much. Looks nothing like I had thought or invisioned. I had shown her a picture of what I wanted which instead I told her I just want a single dark color with just some front highlights. But to my knowledge that was nothing of what I got at all. I got some weird color and the 2 front streaks are just horrible. Never again will I ever come back here. I was charged 145$ for something I never asked for. I just hate it so much.

Even though I don’t speak Spanish and they did have someone there to interpret for me. They made me feel extremely welcome. The lady that was doing my hair. She did a beautiful job on the color and the cut. I’m definitely gonna be going back.

They never came to counter to check in for appointment. Guy walks in and the barber tells him to come sit when I’ve been waiting while barber eats food. So much for supporting small businesses in your neighborhood.
