Montrell needs to be fired! I've never had an interaction as rude as I've had today. Upon call and asking what the warranty process was for swapping out my spark plug wire, I was met with an attitude and extreme rudeness and being called out to come down to the store to fight him. This supposed general manager is bad for the company, his employees, and the customers.

This place is a scam!!! They would put the wrong item on your receipt, effectively making it impossible to return unused parts. Staff at the store is rude and not helpful in any way.

Montrel is the GM. He is amazing. He'll talk to you straight, answer any question you have, and puts customers first. I appreciate him and will gladly do business here anytime I need something.

The young man who helped me today was friendly knowledgeable and efficient. He showed me all of the price options for the windshield wipers I wanted from the cheapest to the most expensive and then he helped me put them on which I greatly appreciate more than I can truly articulate.

These 3 guys working in this store try 5 or 6 different places to look for a part I was looking for, they didn't give up until they found it, definitely I recommend this store for auto parts

I shop this store all the time. Not after today. Tried calling about a part check and twice they picked up the phone and hung it up. Goodbye Advance Auto. Learn some manners and respect for your customers.

I was accused of shoplifting the item I had in my hand at the time this "person" approached me in a menacing manner. He's over 6'5 over 200lbs, I'm a 61yr old, 5'4, 100 lbs. I wasn't done shopping, was waiting for his help, and had more than enough cash on me to pay for the $10 item. But he proceeded to accuse me of stealing the item that was ...in my hand. When I started defending myself I was told to get out of the store. In retrospect I should have called the police and filed charges on him. AVOID this store, or touch nothing until you can be escorted around the store. This happened a couple of weeks ago, and I'm probably still too upset to be writing this. I know I'll NEVER go back to that store

The lady manager was rude from the first moment. Refused to help and or provide the contact for her manager after I had asked. This store used to be better.

very bad service, you are waiting to be served and they don't, they start doing other things like answering the phone or going to the back, the staff at the stores in the Omaha Nebraska area is very bad

Terrible customer service. Lady at the counter did not seem very interested in helping. This is an auto parts store? If you aren’t going to be helpful in providing ideas/suggestions with parts needed for a car maybe find a different job.

I went into the store with my wife to replace the battery in her car where you bought from Another advanced auto store they could not like it on their computer there was nobody else in the store there was 2 people behind the counter and they said they were too busy to change the battery I had to do it myself and my wife had to get on her phone to get them to orientate the battery I won't ever go back to the store

Great customer service! Mathew is always happy to help and he goes above and beyond the average worker. I walked into the store the other day told him what I needed and he walked me right to the aisle and I grabbed what I needed. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes! That’s unheard of. Advanced Auto is lucky to have you!!!

Called last night went and picked up my part and a few other things. Clerk was super polite and helpful. Pulled my thermostat as I requested before I got there.. hope he continues to work there. Big difference from previous encounters with employees
