Asked a worker there to come out with his computer and find out why my check engine light was on. Instead of going back into the store after he used the computer and had the numbers to print off the answers he told me to take a picture of the numbers on the device, look up something on Google and find out for myself. My mechanic came did the same thing only he told me what could be wrong. Bad employee ..

I was driving on fumes. I tried to get gas and I had a frozen locking gas cap, and the key broke off, and I got it off with channel locks. I went here to buy a regular gas cap. Forgot to take a photo, but I will tomorrow. No problem got the right one. The guy behind the counter had me make sure it fit..The way its suppose to go..thats about it bye

If I didn’t really want to buy a Diehard battery, I would never set foot in an Advance Auto again after my horrible experience I had at the store on L Street. But, regardless, I decided to try the store and 24th. I walked in, 2 employees behind the counter…no hello…no welcome to “Advane Auto”…nothing! I stood in front of the man who seemed to be busy with something on the computer. So, I gave him a few minutes and he didn’t even acknowledge my existence. Then I stood there for several more minutes and I stared at him …from 4 feet away and he refused to even look at me! How hard is it to say, I’ll be with you in a minute??? Obviously, I walked out! Hire better people!!!!

These guys helped me out when no one else would! Ward got my battery installed no problem and Mike got me a great deal on an extended warranty. Definitely first pick of auto stores on 24th st!

There's only ever one person inside. To get anything in here always takes way too long. Shouldn't take 30 minutes to just get to a register. Have one guy for people who are ready and one for people who have questions. Isn't that hard.

Advance has really dropped the ball at this store. Almost no staff and the few that are there always give you the wrong parts. Showed up today to pick up a thermostat and the store was closed at 12pm! Few weeks ago I came to the store to purchase some oil and I walked in to, two employees arguing and not cashing out customers! Like come on!

Had the worst experience at this specific store on 24th St in Omaha,Ne. Only 3 customers, but when the service tech went to get my part he was gone 10 minutes and chatting with another worker where we could see him. One customer walked out because of the wait and the Asst. Manager Karlin made it clear he was doing inventory and not helping customers. Only one service tech was helping people. When the part wasn't in stock we asked if he could find another store with the part and make sure it was in stock. He did as he should of and was put on hold. Karlin asked what was taking so long and when the service tech explained Karlin told us to call them ourselves and get out of the way. When I advised him that he could just wait on the other customers himself he became angry and told me to leave. When I mentioned that this is a service all his competitors gladly do he then banned me from the store and made threats. Very unprofessional service from Karlin and will never visit again. I will be contacting his manager.

To say that this was an unimpressive experience would be an understatement.I ordered my parts online, in order to save 15%. Their website shows that this store has plenty of everything I ordered, so all is well. Until I get to the store. That's when I find out that what I ordered is completely out of stock. Even though their website still shows everything in stock.The kid at the counter clearly has no clue what to do, and the manager's response was a flippant, "Yeah that's always off. You have to call the store first."No. Actually I don't have to call the store first. And won't. There are lots of other places to buy parts, so that's what I'll be doing.*Edit: Spare me the computer-generated response below, that says nothing and doesn't include any contact information.
