They don't know what they're doing. You call everybody's working remotely. They always say they're in Omaha area. Who knows! They don't like to let you talk to a supervisor. I'd look around for another provider.

Great service. But I must complain, trying to call the local office was a nightmare. The number on the website had a local number. When I called them, I was talking to someone in Tennessee, he was very pleasant and said he was transferring me to Omaha, instead it was answered by another department in Tennessee, this lady was very pleasant and told me to call back but don’t make any selections that didn’t work either. So I called back again and she emailed the local office and they called me back. Just a mess.

Horrible. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE! My mother was discharged from the hospital Sunday, I called AeroCare on Monday letting them know my mother was a hospital stay discharge. The rep I spoke to said someone will call Tuesday due to my mother living me. Nothing. I called first thing on Wednesday. They verified someone will be here today. I called at 4 pm on Wednesday and they still said “it’s pending delivery - meaning it’ll be today still.” I called at 5:15 pm. They said the driver isn’t answering and she called her supervisor. The rep came back on the phone and said the discharge was listed as a “clinical discharge” when the last 3 reps I’ve talked to said they show it being a hospital discharge. My mother is out of oxygen and this company couldn’t care more and hasn’t done ANYTHING to prove otherwise. Horrible!!!!

Oxygen was delivered right to my home. Very lengthy tubing, so I can walk all over my first floor to reach each of the rooms easily. Trevor Long provided good explanations about the equipment, my usage of them and answered all my questions.
A couple weeks later a replacement oxygen bottle was delivered, per my request a few days prior. The only complaint I have on that, was that they cannot tell you in advance (like the day prior) at what time they will make the delivery. So you have to stay home until delivery arrives of unknown time. I am thankful that I was given a 30 minute advance notice before they arrived. My suggestion to others: do NOT make ANY appointments for the day of delivery because you don't know when they will arrive that day. Most businesses give you a 4 hour window.

They like to overcharge people and tell you owe this amount you pay in full and then the next month they try to say you owe a bill from 7 months prior... like I said the like to double/overcharge people and say you need a card on fill so they can try to charge whatever they want to cause lots of declines on the card and you call to tell them there is only a certain amount on said card they don't listen ... this is not the way to handle business...

For the love of Pete, go anywhere else with your medical supply needs. AeroCare is a subsidiary of AdaptHealth, which is a giant corporation which has outsourced everything. All your billing, insurance and supply interactions will be with remote call centers who do not care if you are over charged, if your insurance claims are incorrectly filed, or if it takes two weeks to get your supplies. It can somehow take a week to even see someone local. And when you tell them the equipment doesn’t work or they’ve sized you incorrectly, they have no care. Seriously, run to anywhere else with your medical equipment prescriptions. Update: You’ll notice that the reply from AdaptHealth is the same canned response to the many other poor reviews. No attempt to discuss, remedy or remediate. You’ll experience the same if you ever have the slightest problem with their equipment or service: impressive amounts of apathy combined with “we already got your money”.

Hopefully I can save someone else some confusion and mention that AeroCare, Adapt Health, and Madison County Medical Equipment are essentially the same company. My CPAP was delayed, because I had agreed to work with AeroCare and then got a phone call from “Madison County Medical Equipment” and told the lady on the phone that I was already working with a company (AeroCare) to get one. When I called AeroCare to find out what the delay was their records showed I had cancelled my request. I didn’t realize these 3 names all were used by the same company. Otherwise it’s been amazing to work with!

Aerocare is a top notch company for supplying oxygen to people who need it. They have very helpful and friendly people that will assist you with your orders and the supplies are delivered very fast to your door. I recommend this as the best company in the Lincoln/Omaha are for oxygen users. I know if you try them you will be very happy!very speedy.
