Very disappointed with how I was treated today… I registered my LLC with Juanita Wilson March of 2021. Everything was ok in the beginning, she’s not the easiest to get in contact with but whenever I did catch her she was always nice so it didn’t bother me much. Pros & cons right. However this time around she wasn’t. Although, I have an LLC I finished working my local jobs the remaining of the year. Now that it’s a new year, I am a first time tax filing business owner & I have no income for my own business because I am transitioning from an employee to self employed. I had one simple question, “could I get audited for having no income for my business & just file my W2’s?” being I worked as an employee for the remaining of 2021.” Because I am not “filing” my taxes through her, she didn’t care to help me. She was so impatient with me & rude on the phone. I file my own taxes through TurboTax every year, I didn’t need her help filing mine. I just wanted my question answered. At this point, I regret not going through LegalZoom as told.
