I went to Aksarben Nails on August 17, 2025. I got a manicured by An: acrylic, almond shaped nails, color 115. They were not the best looking acrylic nails but I understood the nail tech was in a rush. (See the picture attachment for reference)
On August 20, 2025, one of my nails came off completely and had five other nails at the verge of falling off as well.
I called in and was told I can come in tomorrow, on August 21st to get them fixed.
When I went in, An helped me again. She was very dismissive about the nails coming off. I told her to redo those 5 nails specifically. Instead she used store bought nail glue and did the nail that came off. This has been the worse experience I had with this place.

Pedicure was great. Walked in at 4 asked about full set and pedicure they said they won’t have time for full set because they closed at 5 I was ok with that. They literally took a client that walked in after 5 and started a full set for her so I thought that was very weird.

I got acrylics from this place for the first time and I wasn’t happy with my nails. The shape of the nails were bad and super pointy( i asked for almond shape). Everyone there was super nice and welcoming and my two friends I went with nails looked so good but my nails were definitely mediocre at best. It was $61 and usually I would be ok with that but for this kind of work it just seemed rushed and not worth it.

I have literally been the last person to leave with each visit and attempt to have my natural nails done! There seems to be only one employee in the evening able to do overlays which was not communicated to me in the duration of waiting 20 mins after receiving a pedicure in COLD water. Then having to advise the employee to slow down because she was giving me anxiety. The manager I assume who was an Asian male, literally argued with me in front of remaining employees and customers. I mean yelling back and forth like there was no wrong with my experience. The first employee I sat with couldn’t even paint my nails how I wanted which caused even more frustration. A female was able to give me a fill and apologized for him. She also requested I come back. The manager apologized after a hour while I was being serviced and offered water. I would never recommend this place for any service at any time of day!!! Too bad he represented this business as whole. I will let everyone know how I was treated!!!!!!!!! Who really knows how to care for nails and not just throw paint on em let know how to run a business

I have liked the basic pedicure massage but this last time they rushed me off the chair so fast (no line behind me and plenty of pedicure chairs available) that the lady who did my toes grabbed my purse and shoes and she got pink nail polish on my white sneakers. Felt treated like a number and not a customer. Then I got home and realized she didn’t even file my toes and they are roughly shaped at the bottom. I’ve liked this place before but I’m not sure I’m coming back.

The color turned out well and the technicians that worked with me we very gentle.
Cleanliness: The salon was clean and they use disposable tub liners for pedicures.

The atmosphere was ok. We went as a group for pedicure. First off I told the lady what I wanted and she continues to try and change my mind. I didn't get the color I picked out. The regular polish selection isn't great. It was probably the worst pedicure I've ever gotten. The lady seemed annoyed that I wouldn't get shellac. This was a one and done for me. True nails on Maple st blows this place out of the water.

I've been here twice for a pedicure. The first time was totally fine. The second was the worst pedicure I've ever received. The water was way too hot (and I'm not a sensitive person). Then, it comes with a massage but the guy didn't use any pressure at all so it was just limply rubbing my feet and legs for like a minute. He didn't use a base coat for the polish and barely used a top coat. I know this is just the base pedicure, but the whole thing lasted ten minutes total and was really disappointing the whole time. Not worth the money at all. It would've felt more luxurious if I had painted my own toes at home.

I recommend Nina for the best Deluxe predicate. The hot stone massage soothed my aching calves and she doesn’t skimp on the pressure to relieve soreness. I’m from out of town but I will return each time I work in Omaha
